The worst customer service EVER, came in yesterday to get my phone fixed, they said that I need an appointment and I have to come back tomorrow to see the technician, I made an appointment for the next day and had to react work for it, just left the store without getting my problem fixed, the MANAGER said: we don’t have a technician here and I don’t know who told you that, TRAIN YOUE EMPLOYEED AND STOP WASTING CLIENTS’ TIME, he was rude and disrespectful

This didn't happen to me but I was a witness for a customer after the store manager Rebecca threw her out of the store for simply going in there to ask for help with some kind of collections issue. That was not the Customers fault as the manager was on speaker speaking with customer service so I could hear everything that was happening. (Did the manager really have to put all her information on speaker?) I actually feel sorry for the customer as she had no help from this manager who within the whole process was unnecessarily and extremely rude to her. The manager should not manage, she is an embarrassment to the name manager. As a manager for a big company for 17 years, this was a terrible way to do your job. Rebecca clearly needs better training and maybe some empathy. I will not be returning to this store.

Rebecca the manager must be new or Verizon is hiring anyone with a pulse nowadays. If you have an issue with your account, do not come here. Even if you have questions with something simple on your account or anything in general that's not commissionable, they will not care for you. Go elsewhere.

Daniel was extremely patient and helpful. I had some issues with the Verizon online website and my home internet account. He took his time to explain everything and informed me other ways to pay my bill. He also informed me of good deals.

Just looking for a good deal.very expensive.looking for a charger that fit an Apple phone. WOW. 20 for the charger and 29.00 for the cord that too much. REALLY.

Shout out to Daniel for helping me and my 80 year old Aunt get a new phone and landline set up. We needed all the assistance because both my aunt and I are terrible when it comes to using technology. Daniel took very great care of us! Thank you!

Shout out to Rebecca the manager for kicking me out of her store after asking various times for her district managers information which she refused to give. One of her employees did fraud on my account and instead of helping me, she decided to kick me out. Thanks Rebecca! This store only cares about commission and numbers. My credit was dinged 160 points due a "system issue" from one of the employees working here. Avoid this place.

Rebecca, who is the store manager is very disrespectful. Guaranteed she doesn't behave that way in real life without a security guard at her disposal. I'm beyond disappointed in Verizon Lakewood for having such a miserable, good for nothing manager representing their store. Rebecca should go back to the streets where she belongs. Her personality is not for an environment where people come for help. Help with a device sold by her very company. #firerebecca #lakewoodverizonishorrible #zerocustomerservice

Update: This morning at 10: 45 I received a phone call from Rebecca. The first thing she says to me is that she understands I was upset when I came in her store. Then says she does not appreciate me calling "her security guard" a dog in my review. As you can see above. I never once used the word dog. Second of all, I wasn't upset when I walked in her store. I did not get upset until she addressed me very sarcastically with her expression and tone. All i asked (yesterday) was if she could touch my phone to test the temperature since it was hot now and will be cooled off in an hour. She responded very sarcastically "no, im not going to touch your phone" with eyebrows raised as if she doesn't touch phones all day everyday. I asked "why not" She responded "i dont want to, i dont need to"
This a.m She tried to explain it away and blame customer service for giving me the wrong information. Said that she is not a technician and they do not have technicians in store to test phones for overheating.
So on top of Rebecca having poor customer service she also tells fibs. She should apologize to "her security guard" for baiting him into her drama.
