I’ve always payed my bill and it looks like I’m paying it for nothing I have other phones on my plan and all those work except for mine and every time I call they tell me the same thing bad customer service

Ask for Carl, he's the best! Listened to all of my needs and didn't try to persuade me into any unnecessary add ons or deals. I felt he was genuine with his recommendations and extremely respectful of my time. I'll definitely be going back for his help if needed.

Had a bad experience at a different location but relieved to enter and find the staff to be knowledgeable and very helpful. I always get stressed out when getting a new phone but they made it very easy and answered all my questions without putting me down for not knowing something. Alexis helped me at this establishment and was wonderful. Definitely recommend her for anyone who finds phone shopping to be stressful. She even helped my mother at the same time.

Kendall was the best, I walked into this store and was greeted and made to feel at home. He had the phone he said he did when I called that morning. He set my phone up offered options for different plans. Kendall was
such a profession, knowledge, helpful and friendly person. Before I visited this store I was at another Verizon walked in told them exactly the phone I wanted they told me the wait would be about an hour. I waited the hour repeated to this associate the phone I wanted and was told they were out of that phone. Big waste of time Kendall is my contact from now on.
