Caroline AKA frenchie is the best! She knew everything about everything. I can't express how smart and good she is at her job. I will only go to her for now on. She is an amazing person and worker. She should be running the entire store.

I had ISHMAEL take care of me and he was fabulous! There were all kinds of snags on my account and he took care of them all. On return visits I will always ask for him. He went above and beyond on my accounts and he should get a raise or something.

Have never visited this location before and was pleasantly surprised by the service provided. Able went above and beyond with helping me out today. Very insightful and polite throughout the entire process. Hard to come by such great employees these days as he was incredible. Thank you

Excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable about an issue with 13 series iPhones after the most recent software update and helped fix my phone so I didn’t have to file a claim or replace it. In case you have a 13,13 pro, or 13 pro max, and one day it won’t turn on despite being charged, the solution is: press the volume up button, the the volume down button, then hold the power button for at least 15 seconds until the Apple logo finally appears on the screen. I thought my battery was fried because it wouldn’t turn on or even show me the symbol that it was too low to power on.

I had service I was extreemly happy with for 10 years and was always on autopay to my business card. I visited this location just to add a hotspot for my business, It took over 3 hours and in the process my login and password and autopay were changed. Since that visit I have had my businesses service disconnected twice now, each time requireing 2 factor authentication to reinstate (which is impossible when they have turned the internet off). Each time I have to spend 2-3 hours verifying and transfering and reverifying in order to simply pay a bill with the same card that was on autopay prior to my visit. I attempted to stop in to fix it and they said I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes. It should not be this difficult for a customer to give you money.

I honestly can not say enough good things about Monica! She is patient and smart! I have been going in circles for a month with customer service over a lost phone. There were children running around and customers so loud, the environment was chaotic but Monica stayed so calm and patient and kind with me. She resolved all my issues! She’s absolutely amazing!

This employee name Karen very rude to me regarding about signal tower being out needs more customer service training she said what do you want me to fix tower what kind of person would say that to customers bad service

This Verizon store, you can find everything here, but sometimes they don't have a item, they recommend you to buy it in another place (cheaper place)
