If there was ever an issue, they handled it with such professionalism and speed that I was always impressed. Their dedication to making sure I had a great experience really stood out to me. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and make me feel valued as a customer. Thanks to their exceptional customer service, I've become a loyal customer, and I always look forward to shopping there.
Verizon is a thief. Please be aware and don’t sign up with them. I have been good customer for over 5 years. My usual bill is $250 but they kept charging me $600 for the past 4 months and the customer service is zero help. Be aware.
Verizon can be helpful when initially opening a plan but after 3 years of being a solid customer and overpaying for a family plan both my wife and I tried to talk to them about lower priced deals being offered to new customers. In my case they would only respond with what I could add and in my wife’s case they made her wait 45 minutes because they had a scheduled appointment that never showed to the staff just sat there. She grew tired and left. Actually that was a good thing because we walked across the plaza and got a much better deal from T-Moble. Saved 100 a month while adding a 5th line. My bank notified me that I have a pending auto payment of $400 bill from Verizon so I canceled and tried to get into my old account to see the bill. Of course I’m not a customer so can’t get into the account to see why so I stopped by this Version store to ask why. I was told there was 5 people ahead and the wait would be 45 minutes and they would text. An hour later no text, I walked in and was told I was 4th in line and the wait was indeterminate. They did say they helped more than 2 people in the last hour but priorities had changed. I left. Maybe it’s Verizon training, maybe it’s lack of staff, I’m not sure.but I’d recommend avoiding this store and Verizon altogether. T-Mobile has been great, fingers crossed.
The staff is super helpful and friendly and considerate. This is definitely my favorite Verizon store and experience. Always a pleasure. Be back soon!
We came in to open several lines for our big family. They were able to quickly and expertly get us a plan and all new phones. We were done in less than an hour. Otis was great and the manager Cameron was super helpful.
Alena is the store was very helpful to me. It is nice when I actually get good customer service - rare these days. But next time I went to the store, they just had me call their customer service from the store! So why make an appointment at the store, schedule time for then, and go in? The support is quite bad in general. The telephone number for support just refers me to their website, where I don't see my question. So I contact their chat. I ask a question - get a response (canned) that does not answer my question. I ask again, and get a second response (canned) that does not answer my question. I ask for a supervisor, who just send me a link - that also does not answer my question. And of course, this all takes time.
I came to this store to get a plan for while I was traveling in Mexico. They told me I needed to upgrade for the month I was gone. Upon my return Verizon says my old plan is "no longer available". So, they used this method to raise the price of my plan. Don't use Verizon!
