3Just left out of this store less. I walked in and said hello then watched for the next few seconds as the workers went back and forth with each other about whose turn it was to take the next customer on. Maybe you should have a system figured out so your customers don’t have to sit there and listen to a debate on not wanting to work. I apologize for having to interrupt your cell phone break good luck moving forward.
I bought a device here, they didn't have it in stock. They said they'd ship it. I told them they'd need to ship it to a different address. He said no problem. He didn't change the address. We then came back told a different associate we needed to change the address. He also didn't change the shipping address. These people are incompetent, only interested in the sale not their customers. I also asked if it was 2 day shipping and they said yes, but they didn't tell me it would take a month to ship
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Verizon may cost a little more than other providers, but the extra money is worth it for good customer service.
