After purchasing a new iPhone 14 Pro, we were told to bring the phone back once we received it to have the old phone transferred to the new one. Once we received the phone we went back to this location where we were approached by "Josh- Specialist" printed on his name tag.  We were informed that the procedure for transferring to the new phone would be an additional $29.99.
This was never mentioned when we purchased the phone, so came as quite a shock. I asked what App we might use to get started, or how to go about this on our own, and "Josh" kept replying  I can't tell you.  A random customer was more helpful than "Josh".   "Josh is a prime example of why so many people shop online now,   His customer service skills do not exist and he probably should not be in a job where he has to help customers.his demeanor and willingness to help is non non-existent.  This kind of treatment is a real black eye for Verizon as a whole.  If you are going to start adding "extra charges" for things then train your employees to be upfront and tell customers so they know what to expect.  I personally will NEVER go back to this location.  By the way, APPLE helped us for free.

I ordered my phone online and received a great deal with a trade-in. I went to pick up the phone at this store. I had a short wait. The person gave me my phone. Didn't ask if I needed anything else. I asked about setting up the new phone and was told it would be $30. Didn't ask if I wanted to do this just walked away. Very rude. The gal I talked to in chat on line was more personable.

It took an entire afternoon and Hubby had to run to the Livermore Verizon to pick up one of the phones, but we got new phones (from Motorola Turbo 2's to Motorola Edge 2022) and we got them for a GREAT deal, plus 30% on the extra accessories! Also, the download of our contacts, pictures, apps, etc.transferred very smoothly and it's so nice to have so much MORE memory! Sending a huge THANK YOU to Ricky and Ezra for all of their help and patience!

In Dec 2022, was treated terribly by an angry entitled new member of their staff. My daughter and I walked out with him following us verbally badgering us. It was so blatant that he should be gone or retrained by now. I am going to try again this week. If I get treated that way again, then I am going to Sprint or AT&T.

Bought a new phone, brought my number from other carrier, they insisted on charging me $30 just to make sure the phone activates. They said if I don't want to pay the fee I can use phone support. What are they there for of not to help. I wasn't asking or wanting them to setup or transfer from the old phone. RIDICULOUS!

Horrendous. Good luck trying to call the store, it will connect you with a centralized automated line instead and make you wait and tries to send you texts to use its automated assistant. I'm just trying to talk to the guy we talked with at this store yesterday, why are you making it so hard? Your store doesn't have its own number? !? Guess you didn't want that phone sale after all.

The associates are very nice and helpful. I felt very welcome. I had questions about switching plans and buying a new phone. Aaron was able to quickly pull up my account and show me the difference I would be paying. He even suggested I sign up for automatic payments and save $20 a month!
