At first another gentleman was helping me, MacKenzie overheard the transaction and began to help the rep, eventually I just asked MacKenzie to take over. He was very helpful.

Came in with some connection issues and Mackenzie not only fixed it, but he gave me options and cleaned my phone! I was surprised when he told me he wasn’t a manager.

This store has brought a mess to my life ever since we switched to Verizon.
Last yr when we switched to Verizon, we asked for insurance for both phones. But when I tried to do a claim, they said only my husband's phone had insurance. So I had to wait a whole month. Then I find out that the representative at the store only gave me about $400 & something credit. Then I tried to activate my new phone at the store and sadly he didn't know how to do it while I was telling him how to get through an agent. I activated my phone by my with the help of an agent over the phone. Just wasted an hr with him. 3 times phone agents have fixed everything that the corporate store can't. I did end up getting my $800 credit vs the $400

Worst Customer Service ever, I was charged $1100 for one month for of Home Internet plus $350 for router, they told me that it is unlimited, but it was not.
I left Verizon wireless after 20 years because of this specific store.

Ennis was so professional and a great sales person. Made us feel important and happy we were Verizon customers.
I went to the store right before closing (not recommending) to add a couple lines and upgrade. He wasn't upset about having to stay late.
It was a painless and great experience.
Thank you Ennis! My grandson loves his phone

Long wait but it was busy. Switched to Verizon back in Febuary after being with t-mobile for 15 yrs, however Verizon has some areas of service that t-mobile didn't so it was the reason for the switch, however the service & phones haven't been the greatest, not sure why as I have nothing but positive things about Verizon. The service workers at Verizon is great & they do everything they can to make sure the problem gets resolved.

Extremely disappointed. The pick up locker hours stated on the website and the myverizon app say 24/7. But the lockers were completely shut off or broken. Also annoying when you're emailed that your order is ready to pick up. I picked this location because of the convenience of the locker availability but that turned out to be a waste of gas and time. Might cancel my order.

Usually a positive experience, this time I took a Pixel 5 in to have the battery replaced, and was told that they couldn't do that. I ordered a kit from Amazon for about $20.

Beware! This is not real Verizon.if something goes wrong you are on your own. Verizon does not stay behind it's name

When we visited San Marcos location for needing a replacement for a phone, Associate named Anthony was there, wasn't very welcoming or willing to help (he was super short with us) and we called customer service before visiting the store to know our options that all the information we learned about our situation, when we told Anthony about it he said the person you talked didn't know what they were doing! Anyway.we end up getting a IPhone SE (asked for a receipt he said we would get an email, which we never did) and phone turned out having technical issues when we wanted to return it they wanted to charge us restocking fee out the door $70 us leaving empty handed because we wanted to return defective goods. The day we wanted to return there was someone else and he printed the receipt for us and turned out screen protector Anthony gave us saying it's free store having a promotion end up $60 on the receipt. So no honest business.

Verizon has horrible customer service. They have ripped me off 2 months in a row. One month $450 then next month $350 after being a customer for 19 years. Ridiculous. 1st chance I get I'm getting away from them for good.

I can honestly say that I have never been to a cell phone store (I am talking even back in the day of the brick phones) that inspired me to write a review until today. To make a long story short, I had a mishap with the online ordering and pickup, so I had to go in person which I was NOT happy about, but this experience was beyond outstanding!

Jony Martinez helped me, and I have no words to describe how helpful, how knowledgeable, and how customer-focused he was. He apologized for the mishap even though the situation was not his fault, he set me up with the phone I wanted and made sure all my data and information were transferred from my old phone to my new phone with ease.

The store was clean and well-organized, and the customer service was/is above and beyond! Wow, just, WOW! Thank you, Jony and your store; you have set the standard!

I needed to upgrade a phone on my account I've had with Verizon for 15 years. I had already added it to my cart on the My Verizon app, but decided I'd rather speak to someone in person. This person tried to hustle me to buy home internet, no, then a more expensive phone, no, then they added an insurance plan without telling me. It was going to be $150 more up front and $20/month then the app quoted me. I was then told I only had the option for insurance today and I could never get insurance again. Lies! I'm headed to Google Fi. Good riddance Verizon.

I was told I was third with a wait of fifteen minutes I was OK with this I actually waited for fourty five minutes and was skipped twice.
They didn't even notice I had left for thirty minutes and called me I was so ignored it seemed like being a Caucasian was last on service.
If I was Espanic I probably would have been serviced promptly.
I'm seriously thinking of changing service.
