14 I bought three lines on my business account back in March with the promotion promised by Dillion, a Verizon sales representative. Since I transferred from T-Mobile, my iPhone should have been almost free.
I paid the difference, but since then I have been fighting to get the promotion applied. When I called after my first bill, Dillion was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me and the Verizon customer service representative.
I have been trying to call Verizon customer service. They advised that I try to contact store. I called a couple of months ago because although I had been told that the promotion would be show up, it has not been applied, and I am still paying a huge bill and for the devices as well.
Today, I called back, and he refused to recognize me, claiming things like "I see 1000 people every day. " He continued to be very uncooperative, and didn't give me any further information such as the store ID.
He even refused to recognize his own signature.
Please stay away from any of the Verizon authorized dealers on Sunset in Rocklin. I am sure I am not the only one exploited by this kind of person.
Verizon rep Riley was fantastic! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very patient. (Dylan was also helpful with his advice.) That will be my go-to Verizon store!

I went to this place due to convenient location. I would suggest going to official Verizon store and not resellers.
First issue was, we traded in our phones and at checkout they said the screen covers, case and charger comes complimentary with the trade. It’s a business line so didn’t really look at bill. The charge was $120 per phone for the screen protector per phone, $60 aftermarket charger and also hight price for case.
If that wasn’t enough I bought a cheap Samsung tablet that on Verizon website sells for $140 but at their store was $250.
I needed it urgently and didn’t want to wait for shipping.
1 week after purchase I got a email that this Verizon store signed me up for tablet protection program. I didn’t sign up for anything and they simply think they can scam people like that.
Dylan was amazing.helping me as the site manager and others that were also wandering in the store, without me feeling oany service neglect. He made sure ALL my apps converted over to my new phone.he was so insightful and pleasant to engage with.
I have tried for four months to get my $800 trade in promotion.
Yes 4 months, and no one will call me or email me? Worst customer service I have ever had! After four months of no response-I will be contacting the local news chanel to have this issue resolved.

My phone was stolen on Mexico. I just got back. I walked in, and Aaron was the man. He set me up with a new phone and helped me get all my stuff downloaded into the new phone. Excellent customer service. One of the reasons I am a Verizon customer.

UPDATE: I once again recommend this Verizon store! I went back the day after getting my new phone because I had some questions. I was helped by Nicolas. He did a GREAT job! He was friendly, efficient, and thorough.
