I came to this store towards the end of the day. Carlos the general manager was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. He explained everything and laid all the details out very clearly. Definitely would recommend going to him. I needed help transferring my line, getting an upgraded phone and explantation of my new current plan. Great customer service!:)
I had a great experience while in the store and with the customer service there. Daniel assisted me showed me how much i could save by changing over to Verizon from ATT. He and the manager Carlos made the transferring so quick and explained everything in detail about the products as well as the service i will receive. Over all I left the store happy and very satisfied.
Daniel is THE MAN! He not only made my upgrade experience a breeze for both my new phone & IPad, but he also mentioned/recommended the home internet, which im excited to give a chance utilizing the 30 Day Free trial. Couldn't have asked for more or better service to be quite honest. Thank you Sir!

On May 27,2023 my wife and i bought a Samsung phone, watch and tablet. Oscar, conducted the transaction on all our devices.at which time Oscar took my other phone as a trade in, promotional package deal, that promotion was never applied to my account, he said that he would give me $200 as a trade in phone.i got ahold of Verizon Customer Service and the credit for the phone trade in has not been applied to my account. I have been trying to talk to Oscar, to no avail, he has been dodging me. I've been trying also to talk to the store Manager to no avail. I will never go to this store again. Verizon Customer Service, told me that is not the way they conduct business. I feel Oscar is very cunning in this business. I am 76 years old and I feel Oscar lied and deceived us. Customers beware. Armando went above and beyond in explaining how and why questions I had. And he managed to get my "memo" file transfer. I was elated and that sold me into deciding to return to do all my S23 Ultra questions to Armondo.
