Anthony’s good humor mixed with his competence made this visit enjoyable. I went away with exactly what I wanted.
Experience was "DEFINITELY" not the best experience I've had since being a customer for over 14+ yrs. Oh let's not forget the little weasel that "helped" me & said he was gonna hook me up with a screen protector & the next day when I had to go back cuz he never activated the SIM card & I was able to get emails I saw that the "hook up" & implied free screen protector was in fact $64.99! In which was probably the most expensive one. Amongst other things like.not even going to bother wasting my time with the rest.
Christian and Adnan went above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service and as well as ensuring we were able to utilize any special promotions. Honest hard working team here who is transparent in all the right details and provided guidance when needed. I would highly recommend to anyone to book their next appointment with this team! I recently had a frustrating experience with Verizon's online support team while trying to obtain my new iPhone 15 Pro Max. My order, placed on October 4th, encountered issues due to an address error in Verizon's system. Despite countless hours on the phone with representatives named Jocelyn and Esther, my problems seemed insurmountable. Their false promises and lack of knowledge only added to my frustration. With my old phone no longer functioning correctly and an important work trip looming, the situation was dire.
As if things couldn't get worse, the day of delivery turned into a nightmare when UPS failed to deliver my phone and sent it back to a warehouse in Texas. No one on the phone could resolve the issue, and I was told to wait for the return process (1-2 weeks) before starting a new order (adding another 2-3 weeks). The overall experience left a lot to be desired, and it was far from how one should treat a customer of over 20 years.
Determined to resolve my predicament, I visited my local Verizon store at 2883 Jamacha Rd Suite G and was fortunate to meet Sandy. She was a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos. Sandy empathized with my situation, provided much-needed clarity, and explained the next steps. This was on Wednesday, October 26th, and she estimated a 2-3 business day wait for the new phone, which would be reserved for me to pick up, eliminating any potential delivery issues.
To my astonishment, less than 24 hours later, Sandy called me to let me know that my phone was ready for pickup. In less than a day, she accomplished what the entire Verizon support team couldn't do in weeks. It's evident that Sandy went above and beyond to make this happen, and I'll forever be grateful for her dedication and exceptional service.
Sandy's exemplary customer service deserves recognition, and she is the type of employee any company should cherish. Having hired and trained over 100 employees myself, I can attest that Sandy is the kind of person you want representing your company. Moving forward, all my dealings with Verizon will be at this store, and I hope to have the privilege of Sandy's assistance. She's a true asset to the Verizon team.

Anthony was very patient, informative, and truly cares for the customer. He helped me get my new iPhone, was willing to accommodate around my work schedule and was clear and concise with his instructions. Probably my best experience at Verizon and Im sure to stay a customer.
Dom is the best! That man deserves a raise! He figured out what was wrong with my old phone, got me a new phone and transferred all my data in less than a hour! The price he quoted me, was the exact price I paid. I was extremely happy with my experience today.

I lost my phone by dropping it into a lake I was fishing. They got my replacement phone working and told me how to do the recovery for my cloud stored items.
Dom plugged me up I got a new iPhone 15 and I was in and out in 20-30 best customer service I’ve had
Verizon made it very easy for me to switch from T-Mobile after 17 years. The only thing lacking the same Verizon plan as the T-Mobile plan does not include hot-spotting. Silly, really.
They scammed me, they also charged me for 3 liquid glass that I never asked for and when I claimed they told me they couldn't help me

Went into this location and was helped by the manager. I had a great experience. He was able to set me up and my family with new devices and a great deal. This will be my Verizon go to from now on.
THIS STORE AND ITS MANAGER ARE SCAMMING BEWARE! Charges for false accessories and services! Be careful, they charged me an extra 144 dlls for things that I did not receive or request. I am about to proceed legally with a lawyer because just as they scammed me, they could be scamming hundreds of people.
Anthony was very helpful with getting us switched to Verizon & getting a new phone. We brought our kids and he didn’t mind that they were a little on the loud side. He cracked jokes and helped the time pass while remaining professional. We could tell he was very knowledgeable about Verizon, and also got us set up with cool screen protectors.
