There customer service is terrible these days. 35 minutes waiting when I had a scheduled appointment. They told me they don't do appointments.

Christian took his time explaining what was offered and took in to Account my needs. He didn't try to overt sell me.

Hands down, the best ever experience here. Arrived at 5: 30pm or so on a week night. Cristian J was outstanding meeting all my expectations and beyond. If you need to visit a Verizon store choose this one!

Todd went above and beyond my expectations. He checked which is the best deal for what I was looking and needing.

I would like to first say that this local office was great when we got our phones recently and they are helpful.

But, It’s incredibly difficult and Nearly impossible to speak to customer service and I find that super disappointing. I called here because I could not access my account in my app to pay my bill and thought I’d call a local number but instead it sent me to the larger company (not local) and then they told me to access my account I’d have to “talk to the robot” their exact words! Until I get a real person by waiting out the system to get to the real person that could help me…. Because she was not able to access any of my account info nor was allowed to from her superior. I was never able to speak with anyone and still have not resolved accessing my account. My husband was able to pay from #payments on his phone but still need help.

Micariel was amazing. She saved me from being phoneless! She stayed late an extra 15 min to complete the transaction and was more than accommodating. Great sales woman. I went in for an iPhone and left with that, and iPad and an Iwatch! 10/10 experience.

The Victra Verizon store on Cypress is my favorite Verizon store. Quick service and super knowledgeable employees have made visiting this store a pleasure.

Hebron from store 1090 e cypress in Redding really helped us out he stayed late unfortunately we ran out of time but he put in slot of work and got us set up so the next day getting switching from AT&T was made a lot smoother
