Customer service at this location in Red bluff was super amazing. Friendly helpful kind service. ROMAN, ANTHONY, AND JAMES. THESE THREE ARE AWESOME AN EXTRA THANKS TO ROMAN FOR THE SELL AND SERVICE SET UP. The interaction with my family and then was everything a customer wishes to get in the customer service your boss should acknowledge this review.

Great team; excellent service
Working with Ryan was a refreshing experience. He knows his work and understands customer service (rare these days).
Yes, there is a contingent of indigent folks hanging around the area but they keep a respectful distance as a rule.
We visited the other Red Bluff store and I would rather have the indigent issue to deal with than the experience of that 'other store'.
BTW, if you have to wait a few minutes, it is worth your time.

Ryan is a lifesaver! We had a minor mishap with one of our iPhones and needed a new one ASAP! We came in shortly before closing time (so sorry) and Ryan treated us like the store had just opened. We walked out of the store with a new phone and accessories. Thanks for helping us out!

Belle mill store in Red Bluff is the only Verizon store to go to for excellent customer service.

I've been a verizon customer for over 8 years. I came into this store when visiting family in Red Bluff. I was experiencing trouble with my new phone so I called tech the 800# support, the diagnoses was that I needed to upgrade my SIM card so they sent me to this location. Once there, I spend nearly an hour debating with a rep on why I didn't wish to upgrade to a whole new phone, when the one I had was still new. I had to continually insist that I only needed a new SIM card, finally once I got the message accross, I was told It would be $10 to replace it. Of course I had a problem with this - especially when tech support told me there is not charge since I was an active customer. I left that store without replacing my SIM card, came down to my local store in Sacramento. In less than 10 minutes I walked out with my new SIM card. I asked my sales rep if verizon charges for SIM cards? She said "no" these are no charge in current accounts.

Goes to show you that not all stores are run the same, some store managers or district managers really are out for one thing, sales, sales, sales. Get money whichever way possible to hit target sales goals.
