Verizon, Baywood-Los Osos CA

It was such an awesome experience that I am now considering applying for a job at the store I visited. Absolutely stellar service.

The manager of the store is very unprofessional and should be retrained so he can better assist customers.
He was trying to take a credit card payment and for unknown reasons he was calling it into the Verizon call centre and verbally saying my credit card information loudly on the phone with customers listening In the background.
This is a violation of privacy and very unprofessional.
Why wasn’t he swiping my card like all other businesses?
After wasting 20 minutes of my valuable time he failed to take a credit card payment.
It was a very frustrating experience as my phone would shut off the next day.
His only solution was for me to drive 20 minutes into San Luis Obispo to make a payment which is very inconvenient.
Why is it so difficult to make a payment to Verizon online or in this Los Osos store?
Such a simple job as taking a payment and this so called manager was incapable of doing!
This needs to be looked into and also this particular manager in my opinion needs to be retrained.

The service at the Los Osos, CA store was excellent. Landon is extremely patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Cody was also very helpful. If l have any questions about my phone and or purchase, l wouldn't hesitate to seek them out.

This is the best store! All the employees are super helpful. We were in there last week, we had a guest at our house who had an issue with her Iphone, they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Also, we were in there yesterday for a set up on a new phone and Kody helped us. Super friendly, helpful and fast service. This is our go to store for any phone issues.

I visited the local Verizon store in Los Osos today and met Xavier. He should be given a raise, five gold stars, may be a couple of days off and great appreciation from his bosses.

Single-handedly he attempted and succeeded in handling everybody’s questions, issues and needs in a kind and patient way.

His expertise was immediately evident, and he was able to accomplish everything, everyone need it.

He was by himself, and some people only wanted to pay a bill while others, like me, had a new phone that had to be completely set up from scratch. He pulled it off with grace and kindness. Give the kid a raise!

All three store employees at one point assisted me in solving numerous problems I had. I left the store, feeling very impressed!

Xavier went out of his way, to make sure my needs were met. Very pleased with the service!

I was in the Los Osos store yesterday to buy my new iPhone 14 and also my first Apple Watch. Kody and Xavier were outstanding and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Being a senior citizen, I’m not very technically educated, but they really helped me get it all set up, and I had nothing to worry about. Kody was the main sales person I worked with, and his knowledge was unparalleled. Xavier was also great in answering questions that I had while kody was working on my phone. I have a friend that went to the company Verizon store in San Louis, and her experience was definitely not as positive as mine. She said she would go to the Los Osos store the next time she had an issue definitely a five star experience.

The young men at this store were very friendly (so refreshing these days!) and quite knowledgeable and very patient with me and all my questions!

Very helpful and they found out I had a local business so they showed me how I could switch my plan and save a lot of money. I appreciated how much they worked to help me find the best rates deals and phone for my needs

Talk about service! I was hesitant to shop at a smaller Verizon store but I finally broke down and did. This is my new fav Verizon store! Great customer service. Much more personalized. Highly recommend
