The worst service every. I walked into the Arden Mall location at 2pm. 1st I was never acknowledge by Lindsey or Kevin. Both of them was with customers. I was standing closest to Kevin assisting to ladies. Kevin looked up and at me at least 5 times by 2: 15pm. Still no one acknowledge or stated I will be with you shortly.at 2: 24pm a female customer that was with Lindsey acknowledge me I thanked her. 3 minutes later Lindsey come from behind the desk to ask me what I needed. I advised her home internet service. She asked for my number could'nt pull up my account. Said she need to switch Ipads. Never asked if I was an employee of verizon or ask probing questions. Kevin again looks up 2 more times still didn't not acknowledge me told Lindsey she can not pull Verizon employee accounts. 2nd I asked Lindsey for the DM name and number she refused states she could not give the DM name or contact info. I ask for the manager name and number. She told me his name was Anthony and refuse to give his contact info. She wrote the store number on a piece of paper to call. I called as I was walking out to get the call puhed to voicemail after call 3 times. I have been a Verzion customer for 26 years.this is the worst of the worst Customer Service experience ever. I will never go back and will let everyone I know to never got to VICTORIA VERIZON Kiosk location

The gentleman name Max that helped me was outstanding. I now make the Arden store. My favorite Verizon store to go to and I only want to deal with Max. He’s very informative friendly kind funny just flat out awesome

Jack and Kevin were the best reps I have ever had in the 19 years as a verizon customer. The both should be commended.

Needed new phone old phone was being read its last rights, just moved to the area, battery life was at 10% and no longer charging with my cable and my wireless charger when I used maps, just came in the store
Waited my turn, explained my situation and he got me everything I needed, didn't try to take advantage of my situation and kept it
In and out in about an 30ish minutes.
I don't even own an alarm clock, how not having a working phone can do you in so much
Not a social media person. Just work and communication with co workers, sales, job sites.

I received extremely good service with my visit today to upgrade and switch from android to apple cell. The rep was incredible helping me and answering all my question along with taking care of other people that came in for assorted needs. And he did it as smooth and easy as if it were nothing at all when he had three of us at one time. I’ve never seen a sales/tech rep ever work so component and at ease as this young man.

I thought there could have been another employee to help. There was only one customer at the counter and it was almost closing time but Brittany did an excellent job.

They don’t even worth a single star just a bunch of lazy people they don’t even know what and why are they there for, and yes if you want to buy something they are professional lyres they would definitely deceive on about the product and services, don’t waste your time and money at this store.

Roger is impressive in customer service skills and technological knowledge. I come only to this location because I can always expect a consistent-quality experience from him. I highly recommend visiting Roger at Arden Fair!

I am always amazed at the service I receive at the store. Britney, Charles and Joesph are phenomenal in what they do! This is the only store I visit because their knowledge and attentiveness is above and beyond anything I’ve experienced anywhere.

Was walking by a closing Verizon and witnessed an incident where two female customers were ganging up on the singled out rep behind the counter. One was laughing and egging on her friend who was kind of being aggressive with the woman behind the counter. The rep was very passive and calm, it just sucked to witness someone trying to do their job while being treated like dirt. While walking away I saw one of the women attempt to spit at a guy who was trying to deescalate the situation at the door and pushed her out to prevent any further attempts to get to the rep…. Not something one would expect in passing. Pay them more for dealing with these type of situations…so sad.

I have had an awful experience with Store Manager by name Ashley.

Never met such unprofessional, lying person like her in my life.
I was with Verizon for 4 years so far and 4 month ago I walked to that store to transfer my account to Business. Ashley assured me that if I keep my business with Verizon, she will give me a very good deal. She told me if I open 3 additional lines I will get big discount and get a FREE iPhone 12 with each new opened line. That sounded very attractive and I went ahead and agreed to terms. Opened 6 lines that day. Traded 2 iPhones 11 with 800$ trade in credit on each and Gizmo Watch with $330 credit.

I was quoted $196 monthly

Next month bill came as almost $400.
I came back there to ask what is going on, when Ashley told me to hold tight and wait for trade inn credits to kick in. Assured me that my bill will go back to normal next month for sure.but it didn't.it came as 405$ next month.

So I have been stopping by numerous time there after that asking her to resolve the problem, and every time I have heard that she will reach out to her Regional Manager and then get back with me.

Well she never did. Every call and text message I have been sending her were ignored and I was avoided.

Yesterday when I showed up at the store again she was very annoyed to see me again. When I asked her why she is not calling me as she promised, she told me that she is not going to resolve my problem and asked me to leave the store.

She refused to give me her Regional Manager contact info.
I told her that I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and write a complaint on her for lying, misleading and false advertising.
