Signed up for Verizon 5G home internet here. The service was great. Very fast and informative. Highly recommend.

Buying a new phone is not something I look forward to, but this time it was very easy. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable and made everything go smoothly and quickly.

I have been to this store 4 fricking times. All I want to do is take my phone off of my business account (I recently retired) and add it to my husband's. My husband already contacted Verizon and authorized me on his account. Why is this so difficult!?

Came from Escondido, walked in 50 minutes after they opened, Olivia was helping a very inpatient customer. I told her I placed an order last night and she confirmed a few things and brought it right out. Site said they had it and they did. Was out in no more than half an hour. Olivia was very professional.

Nick is very knowledgeable and helpful! Perfect employee. Everything was fast, easy and we are loving our two new phones.

Nick was very polite and knowledgeable. However, when a female customer came in, that he appeared to know I was "Passed Off" to another rep to complete the transaction. The new rep was not as knowledgeable and Nick was required to go between 2 different customers to answer questions or complete tasks.

Nick and Oscar were both extremely helpful. They both were patient with my very old phone and the new phone transfer. Nick was very professional while helping me and several other customers and helping troubleshoot for othe service agents too. You are luck to have such knowledgeable and help staff.

I've been a customer of this store for years and I'm never disappointed in the service. This most recent visit I had John and Nick helping me and they both exceeded my expectations. Great service and I recommend this store to others!

We came to upgrade our five iPhones. Nick and Jonathan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We knew what phones we wanted and Nick found a great big trade in discount! He transferred our data to the new phones seamlessly. It’s nice that Nick is a local and has been working here for 8 years. Good job! We highly recommend that you go see Nick and Jonathan.

Be very careful when upgrading your phone with this Verizon store. We were told that the cost to upgrade my sons phone was going to be an additional $3.00 per month. My bill was $147.before today. I checked on my next bill and its now $247. I called and spoke to our sales rep (nick) who informed me there was an "upgrade fee" in addition to the transfer fee. NO MENTION OF THIS UPGRADE FEE BEFORE WE LEFT THE STORE and no mention my bill would balloon over a hundred dollars. I am livid and feel that this was deceitful. So my $3 bucks a month turned into $70 screen protection, $60 dollar case, $30 dollar transfer fee, $40 upgrade fee, $60 odd dollars in taxes and and additional $100/month on my next bill. So $3 bucks is really over $400. BUYER BEWARE!

Quick and efficient service. I was not looking forward to getting an upgrade and exchanging my phone but Nick was exceptionally thorough. I am pleased that I was able to have his assistance.
