Avoid this location at all cost if you are trying to place an order for same day pick up. Please review recent reviews because they are up to date on how this store & management operates. This store is filled with lame, lazy employees that make you go half the mile for wireless services that you have had over SEVERAL of years. Maybe nothing to do with Verizon in itself but the incompetent management team. Never had an issue Verizon in California Ave & Ming Ave. All in all they made me want to switch services.

Between Morgan and Eddie I had an amazing experience at the Mt. Vernon office and the Rosedale office on coffee. Morgan went above and beyond to help me and I can’t thank her enough. Simply the best experience I’ve ever had.

Staff is very unprofessional, ordered the new iPhone 15 and when I time after the phone came in I went to pick up EDDIE insisted that I come in on his time when he’s at work or they will not release me my phone? I’ve neverrrrr heard of this.even if we work on the same days which means without him at work I cannot get my device? Why is it that their time matters more than mine? So today after another failed attempt at picking up my device I’m switching back to Att Between the customers service and the service in general it’s not worth the headache. (Also asked for their Managers information and after being told no and offered the store number multiple times I was given an email)

Phenomenal customer service, and attention to detail. Alondra gave each individual customer amazing service. I hope that she gets paid well and I definitely see a very bright future for her!

Went in to look at the Google pixel fold. They sat my husband and I down started asking all these questions when I simply just wanted to see the phone in person before making a choice to upgrade. 10 minutes into them looking at my account they say so you wanna upgrade, yes but I wanna see the phone first, we'll we don't have it. Why didn't u just say that you didn't have it in the first place when I asked 5 times before all this. All while 2 other men that work there are behind me going off about how the Google pixel fold is a joke and being very rude and loud. Won't ever be going here again

The guy who helped me was awesome! I didn't catch his name but he had curly hair. I went to a different store yesterday to get a new sim. My phone hadn't arrived yet and he immediately said he couldn't help me. After driving 40 miles one way to get there I was bummed. I drove back to Bakersfield today and went to this location with my new phone. The guy said he was guna try to get me an e sim so I didn't get charged. Turns out my new phone i ordered online wouldn't charge or turn on so he wasn't able to do that. But he did offer to sell me a sim card and walked me thru how to get it activated over the phone so I didn't have to make a third 80 mile trip. Great customer service! He did everything he could to help me out and I appreciate the effort!

Verizon has done well for me thus far! I've had a couple of issues with Verizon, but we worked them out satisfactorily.

So i go I'm to get my jetpack turned and dude talks about 5g home internet and how there's. Promo for 500 home Depot or a Xbox series s. Just call and redeem after 2 weeks of service We'll come to find out it's the elite controller 2 and or 50 dollar gift card i was literally conned into this that is very unprofessional and Verizon has screwed me in the past that whole company needs to be investigated
