So friendly, quick to greet you, and very efficient. I felt really welcomed and got in and out quickly. Recommend this Verizon for your cell needs!

Great service! But not great inventory. Hardly any pre-gen cases available. Especially otter box cases would be 5 stars if not for that.

Jesse gave excellent options for our plan and products, and saved us money from our former plan.

Are used to store in Redding, my brother want to worry about this Verizon store how helpful they were so I tried it this morning. I had relations with my wife getting too many spam calls he was very helpful and how are they service on your site that would help you also told me that he could save me $20 a month on my phone bill. The other store in Redding was never this helpful. I will visit the store every time and I will recommend the store to anybody that I know that has an iPhone or would like to order iPhone.

Best service we’ve received at any phone store. Billy and Roman were engaging, well informed and made sure all our needs were met. This is the only Verizon store we’ll use in the future.

The Verizon store in Anderson is the best Verizon location we have ever been to. Excellent customer service and we go there every time we need anything.

Customer service is ok, but overall phone service is horrible, no reception anywhere at home or in town anywhere, they need more tower's to many customers and not enough tower's

Went in to get an old phone activated for my son. Was greeted by Billy who ended up explaining some deals and offers that I ended up taking. Walked out with two brand new IPhones after trading two in, and a business plan for literally only $30 more than what I’m used to paying! I’ll definitely be back to this location for future needs.

Was great customer service. Just wondering does my promotional 6month free Disney plus carry over to my new service? Because that Disney plus was a big buying part of me switching to Verizon from straight talk?

Sadly the manager Rose can’t own up for their mistake of correcting additional charge, I came to get the “monthly promotional deal” but they end up charging me for the whole device, when I came back to asked for correcting the mistake made at their store they keep denying and lying that the deal didn’t exist even after I made a several trip to the Anderson store I decided to call the Verizon customer support, lo and behold the Verizon agent I talked to confirmed that there is really a deal on the day I came in and was happy to help me out
