Sergio is an amazing, knowledgeable person. He is honest and patient with those not so tech savvy.and with all verizon options available to those who have verizon as their carrier.that is not easy to navigate on your own! He set us up fully with our new purchases and equipment, and clear explanations of any changes to our bill. Kudos to the Apple Valley store and Sergio!

I notice people have complaints, but please keep in mind it takes time to set everything up, sometimes a long time depending on your choice of purchases and any new devices (i.e. Backing up your data should be done before you come in, data transfer takes a while depending on how much data you have on your old phone with verizon).

Store is run very poorly they let you get a new phone and then tell you they bundle watches and chargers with it with out asking if you want it then if the prodluct is defective they only let you get 1 one rplaxement which I did and they gave me another defective device when I was told from tech support to return it to them cause they are a 3rd party store Verizon can't and won't take back the device you bought from them I returned it and they charged me a 50 dollar restock fee for what you going to put it back on the shelf and sell it to someone else.also when they tried to activate my device they added 4more lines to my account and made my bill go over 800 dollars.and that took a act of Congress to get fixed. I will NEVER go back to this store or recommend anybody to go to this store it is run very poorly

Randy was the very best. So we're the other young gentlemen. I really couldn't be happier. Please give them a raise, a bonus or something! I have never had such a positive experience at a phone store before! Loved it!

Stephanie and her staff were all so nice and very professional at the Hwy 18 location in Apple Valley across from Target. There were already customers in the store when we walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff and told someone would be with us soon. While we waited (which didn’t take long at all) just seeing them interact with customers with a smile on their face made me feel like they cared about their customers a lot. Stephanie was so great! She was able to help us transfer phones from another carrier and even though there was a lot to do, she made sure everything was right and that everything transferred to our new phones before we left the store. We purchased an iPhone from another Verizon store in Victorville and they didn’t give me the service that Stephanie and her staff did. She was able to help me with something the other store should have done for me but didn’t and Stephanie was able to make it all right for us! If you want exceptional customer service from staff who cares and will make sure you leave happy, go see Stephanie and her staff at this location! They really went above and beyond in helping me and my family! We appreciate them because you don’t really get great service like this anywhere you go nowadays. Some stores just want to get everything over with and get you out of the store.lol But not here! We will definitely be coming back if we need anything!

Amateurs and scammers, you will be promised the best conditions and say that everything will be fine, we will give you a discount, but then you will receive a bill for 700 dollars.

A lot of hassle and told one thing and then the other happens. This store seemed to be more focused on making a sale than caring about the customers. Very high-pressure sales tactics. Will have to sort out what damage was done to my account as far as "extras" that are not needed costing me more money. I already own 2 smartphones and a watch why sink me for even more money?

Don't get me wrong the staff were all super nice and professional and I understand that they are there to make money. I just feel a little used and abused from my visit.

Beware of high-pressure sales tactics is all I can say. Go in with a mindset knowing that and you'll have a good visit. I'd still visit this store. I'd just be the one in charge.

Zac and Sergio were extremely helpful and went well above and beyond to solve a really difficult problem during a tragic hardship. They were able to get me a terrific deal to solve a problem that I didn't think there was a solution for. Thank you so much!

Stephanie in your apple valley location was amazing. I came into the store yesterday in panic mode because somehow I ran my phone over with the car. Stephanie, help me. Contact the insurance people and the next day. I got a new phone. I brought the phone in and she hooked up everything and made it exactly like my old. She is definitely an asset to verizon. Thank you very much Stephanie, for all of your help.

Today I came into the Victra-Verizon Store located off of Highway 18 in Apple Valley, California today to find a solution for my iPhone issues. Not only was my issue but I walked out of this location with a brand new iPhone 14, brand new ipad and a brand Apple Watch with accessories for an amazing deal! For the complete bundle I only paid a total of $340.00 out of pocket for over $1500 worth of brand new Apple products!
I traded in my old IPhone 11 all the way up to the Apple 14! Because my family has been with Verizon Wireless for almost 13, years, I got $440 for my iPhone trade in! Emanuel and his Manager came through for me and went above and beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend Emanuel and this Victra-Verizon Wireless Store for all of your wireless needs!
