12Ashely was fantastic- the previous day I had gone to another Verizon store to complete an online purchase- that other store had horrible customer service so i decided to go to this store the next morning. Ashley was very professional and helpful- service was efficient. I would recommend this store.
This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been to, I was porting over from T-Mobile to Verizon and I did everything online, the last step that I needed to do was take my new phone to the Verizon store so they could complete my port over, -the employee there was so rude. She told me to go back to T-Mobile all because she was too lazy to help me. I ended up going to another Verizon store by Ontario Mills, where they actually provide customer service. I would never return to this Verizon store.

Switched to Verizon today. The set up process was fairly quick and easy. Our salesperson, Adam, was kind, explained pricing in detail, and answered all our questions.

Was happy to find no wait when I came into the store. Not many colors to choose from when I did decide on which phone I wanted. Clerk told me about deals I didn't know about.that was helpful. He also gave me suggestions for future trade ins, so that was helpful.
First when I walked in the employee who helped me was very rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there, but Adam turned that around for me and made sure I left with the product I wanted and made me feel not rushed
