Horrible customer service. Lied about the plans we were getting, when we called corporate to question our bill the customer service agent said this retailer gave false info in the plan price. Call before you want to go in because they are closed on the Monday before Christmas, no warning, no explanation just closed. If you can drive to a different location for service.

Be really careful I went to set up a new line and they charged me for activation fee, I agree and paid but ohh surprise I got my bill from Verizon and they charged me again for activation fee… make sure ask always for receipts. And always look at Verizon bill as well. It’s not fair been overcharging the customers. This company will steal your money!

It would be great if there was more than one employee working so they could assist other customers instead of ignoring the 8 other people who came in for help.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable and no pressure selling. I like that. Enjoyed the experience and every concern about my phone and plan were answered courteously. So far so good.

The experience I had today with Angela at the Verizon store in jackson was very helpful and she was very knowledgeable of everything I asked, very nice and helpful.

I went in to purchase 1 phone. The sales associate talked me into trading in all 3 phones on my account. She told me they were running a promotion and each phone would only cost $10 plus all activation fees. Silly me I believed her. I paid all that was due in store and left my phones. Lo and behold when I get my bill I am being charged full price for all 3 phones. This was a year ago and still is not fixed. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store. This company is a scam.
