Gemma took the time to help me look for the phone I wanted! She was very sweet (and beautiful), and extremely helpful.
The costumer service at this place is amazing! Gemma and Stephanie we’re so nice and so patient. I had an issue with trying to create a prepaid account and remove my line from another account. They were making calls lefts and right and super informative about what was going on. I’m honestly super great full for their immense help and dedication!
Our Business account has been with Verizon for over 20 years and have been going to this Verizon for a few years now and service is always great. Stephanie has always gone above and beyond to help with account, new purchases, billing issues and resolved account matters for me.
