Telephone Company Verizon reviews
17Ruben was most helpful and professional. He was willing to spend the extra time and go the extra mile to help me.
Verizon over the phones is a waste of time cuz most of people don't know what they're talking about especially technical support I went into a store and they help me out got me in and out no problem at all. Temecula store fantastic.
Their Covid19 policies are horrible. You have to use the My Verizon app. I only had 3g in front of the Verizon store with my Verizon phone. Then the employees neglected to tell me when I arrived there at 2: 30 pm that you couldn't get a same day pickup after 2. Total waste of time.
Was with Boost, experiencing very poor reception for data, as well as missed phone calls. Heard about a promotion for a free phone with new service, but had to travel to several locations to find one in stock. Happy to find this authorized dealer actually had 2 of free phones I wanted. Switching over cost $40, but the process was incomplete. They instructed me to go home & follow the prompts to transfer data. That proved to not work. So as i dreaded the drive back to the store, i stopped at an independent Verizon store who charged me $20 for the data transfer. I believe the authorized dealer should have offered to drop their touchless service to do this with my $40 activation fee.
I went to Verizon to get a new phone line transferring over from T-Mobile and it was very easy! They informed me of all the specials they had going and I was able to add my kids to the plan as well that are adults and they all got buy one get one free iPhones! After they were all added to the plan, it was cheaper than my old plan! Eddie at Verizon was very helpful!
Quick stop made here. Needed a usb/micro charging cable. Staff was very helpful. In and out with efficiency.
Horrible Verizon store. I wanted to switch to Verizon from AT&T. Got signed in, waited 20 mins and just watched all the store reps talking to each other and helping people that were 3 people down the list from me because they were beautiful women instead of some dude.
Just wanted to switch my whole business to Verizon and couldnt get the time of day from them.
Rep wasn't very helpful and quite slow. And not that knowledgeable about their own services and devices. Kept trying to upsell more stuff you don't really need.
We went it to get a new phone and tablet, but the system was bugged. So instead of paying it monthly like we usually do, it was forcing us to pay full price. We left without buying anything.
Verizon store sales products but they won't help you setup your product once you have a problem they tell you to call 611
Don’t visit this store! Here’s why: Managment and their poor customer service and failure to be truthful and forthright. I’m a big fan of Verizon, just not this store! So here’s my advice, go to Verizon off Winchester, near Sprouts. Ask for Taylor- Mgr. She’s awesome and she cares!
It's ridiculous. It used to be you call the store and you get a hold of someone. Now you call and you have to spend 10 to 15 minutes talking to an answering service
Beware of the edge program. Edge is free activation, but they add 'bundled accessories' that cost just as much as contract activation. Not a happy customer
This store is HORRIBLE! Dont go here. I went into the store to help with my account and found out the next day the manager didn't even escalate my issue. When i called her Laura said it wasnt her issue. So i went to the store in Redlands.that store escalated my issue quickly. Something that the temecula store should have done to start with. Customer service at temecula sucks!
I get rude vibes when I go in this store. Lady rolled her eyes at me when I didn't want to buy accessories with the purchase of my phone! I go here if I have to but customer service is rude
Jannele and Mark are amazing in and out with no headaches, just like how i like it, or should i say the way it is supposed to be.thanks guys will be back for sure.
4 months later. Was supposed to get a visa to help pay off old carrier contract. They gladly took my 2 month old galaxy 7 edge. Was told I would get about 200 in version credit for it and a visa credit card at home to help pay that phone off and switch over to Verizon. I ended up having to pay old carrier off my self ($650). So much for buying out my contact.
