17 This place is HORRIBLE. I got there 15 minutes before closing to pickup an item for my wife under her business account. I was not an account member so they said i couldnt pickup the item. I told the guy greeting people, she is calling to add me and it will get sorted out. He smiled and rolled his eyes saying "yeeaah we close in ten minutes. If shes calling, shes calling a call center and people are working from home so like i said, we close on ten and there is nothing we can do. "
Wife called and got me on the account with 2 minutes to spare. Hey dude, you are not a club bouncer, you're a salesman at Verizon. Also, if a customer comes to your store with minutes to spare, shouldnt turn them away like you did with others.
A very helpful woman fixed my tablet. Salinas store so far so good. She didn't try to sell me anything! Miracle.
The staff wasted my time. I came in looking to upgrade my phone and asked for a 64g iPhone 11 but told me they had none in stock and asked if I wanted a 128g instead for $2 more a month. I politely declined this offer and told them I could wait, but the staff later went to the back to double check for a 64g and they ended up finding them.
Honestly it's just unprofessional. Waiting 20 minutes to just get told to call customer service to get help on my issue
I waited like 30+ minutes to exchange a phone. It was all worth it. Sometimes being slow but having amazing customer service goes a long way (for the record there were 6 people ahead of me). My 5 stars are for Carlitos and the gentlemen by the door on Saturday 12/14 evening (I didn't get his name). Thank you guys for being so friendly. Your customer service skills will keep business booming. I'll be back here instead of calling customer service over the phone. You guys are awesome!
Did not get any help when I walked in. After 5 minutes I had to approach an associate and asked if I needed to register. Gave them my name and # was told to wait a few minutes and that someone would be with me in a few. After 30 minutes of waiting and walking around the store. I gave up and left. Awful lack of service.
Phone was stolen, went in to have them deactivate it and help me file a claim. They wouldn't deactivate it. Only gave me the insurance number and sent me on my way. Called Verizon support and they did everything for me and were friendly.
When me and my wife walked into the store we felt very welcome the Reps there were very helpful respectful and talkative the lady that helped us was very kind and helpful her name was Joanna Santa Cruz very nice and beautiful attitude nice personality very easy to talk to really respectful enjoy talking to her hoping to do business with her again
Had to get my phone activated and didn't take long at all. Was helped right when I walked in and they went above and beyond with my service as always.
Be aware the lifetime warranty glass is a lie paid 40$ for nothing not being charge for replacing the broken glass $10 dollars really upset about hidden fees though Verizon was better than sprint but after becoming a customer they don't care about you
I always feel rushed here if not rushed like I have to wait too long even just to buy an accessory
Salinas Verizon store is the worst ever you go there you need to take your breakfast lunch and dinner cuz it's going to be a long wait if you get a good customer service rep which there are some make sure whatever you're signing you get educated on because they move stuff around they move payments around and it's a rip-off it's the worst cell phone I am on the verge of a heart attack because of this place
Horrible they love to tell you one thing and do another added to $70 to my bill and never give me credit like they were supposed to I will be calling them shortly to fix this but I feel like they’re always scam artist and they’re worse than a car dealerships. Really watch your bill because they are sneaky and liars
Easy to find Verizon Store location next to a Starbucks 2 blocks east of HWY 101 on northside Salinas, CA.
This is inside the Santa Rita shopping center on North Main Street at Borunda Road.
There is good parking lot, but with Starbucks on one side, and a taco shop on the other, this Verizon Store is in a popular spot.

Great service, but I was there for a while. I had an issue that Verizon I recommended that I go to a physical location to resolve. The staff was friendly and was very helpful to solve my problem. I would definitely go back here.
