I was in desperate need of a low price phone. The girls treated me as if I was purchasing the most expensive phone. They were extremely patient and helpful.it was a simple stress-free transaction. Was awesome to be treated as a customer of value

Went in due to a defective problem on my IPhone 12 Kenneth was very patient, friendly and provided the greatest customer service. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied and made sure he resolved my problem. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much!

While I had first talked with Ariel, her manager Ken worked with me. He was quite knowledgeable and has been with Verizon for 13 years. It turned out the phone I wanted wasn't in stock so I went with Samsung A71 G5. It was more than I wanted to spend but I really think Verizon gave me a good deal.

You guys need to have a few chairs for customers. Ken said that due to the COVID restrictions they aren't having chairs. That is not smart, Verizon. Some of us older customers can't easily stand for long periods. Please rethink that policy.

Other than that, I'm very happy with the new phone. Thanks to all for the fine service.

Kenneth was on point with his products knowledge he knew everything there was to know about the 3 different phones I was thinking about and was keyed into what I was looking for. I recommend going go see him for all your cellular needs Verizon definitely needs more employees like him.

Initially had a prior bad experience at this location and was originally gonna leave a bad review but upon giving this location a second chance I am glad I did. I have Ariel and Stephanie to thank for that. Thanks to both Ariel and Stephanie for helping me activate my new iPhone. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and patient as she helped with any questions I had regarding the phone and helped set up my case and screen protector. Would definitely recommend this Verizon carrier to anyone looking to get a phone or if are looking to switch.

I've always been afraid to go in a Verizon store due to aggressive salespersons. But Kenneth was very nice and like talking to a friend. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, I even bought a case from him which I would normally buy through Amazon. He's very knowledgeable. I got what I needed through his advise. I'm very happy with my purchase.
