Think I may have posted on the wrong store. I had a great experience a couple of weeks ago. Chris, I think the store manager, was patient with all my questions and he was never a “hard” sell. Love the store at Oxnard and Sepulveda.

Terrible service, I ordered 2 phones last Sunday, with salesperson Brandon D. Who asure me that I will my phones in 2 days (he did not informed me that because of the holidays there was a delay! He was pushing a sale) I called several times after reading in my Verizon App that the order had arrive, but the store could not find the order; finally after speaking with Verizon customer service I was informed that the phones will be delivered by 12/29. I called the store again to get an answer about why they lied to me, and the manager Chris told me that Brandon is a new employee and that he doesn’t understand why he promised that the order was going to be there in 2 days when those phones were back ordered, he said that there was nothing he could do about I then decided to wait until the 29.today Christmas’ eve I got a call from them that the phones had arrived, and to go and pick them up. So I stop all that I was doing and drove 1 hour to get there, when I got there Chris told that they only have one of the phones, I asked him if perhaps they have a phone in the store that I can get today and maybe cancel the other one, so I don’t need to travel again to their store, he called Verizon and they told him that since the phone was already shipped the order could not be canceled and that in fact I can’t get the other phone until both orders had arrived. I asked him then on why they asked me to go today? And he said that I should have asked if both phones were there? !
So again why do I need to ask something so obvious, when they are asking me to go. I called customer service to complain and they said that the order could have been canceled and that did not understand why he said that? This is a terrible service. The worst part is that they don’t care about you.

I was there for an upgrade and was able to get credit for my phones. Love (Wendy) the rep she gave us other options to have unlimited data, we over pay when we go over and this deal is better for us.

Have always received excellent service in this location. Have helped with app setup, made sure to transfer data, telephone numbers.

I'll keep it short. I originally gave another store a high rating. Not anymore for Verizon Wireless Plus. Went in to buy a phone. Pay for it and put on my contract. 3 times I said I was paying it off. No 24 months. We'll, it ended up being 24 months. Phone was defective. Brought back asked for refund on taxes and was told a check would be mailed to me because I didn't have the physical card I used. That was on June 20th. It is now July 21st. No check. Live called, mgr is not in twice. I'd like my money returned. He lied about 24 month payments. He lied when stuff didn't all get copied over. And the phone, even though defective, was told 14 days return. It's 30 days return. So I called Corp and bout 2 phones for myself and my wife. That lose two sales because he was a liar.

I wish I could give them 0 star. They are not responsible or professional. I never received $500 rebate cards after I purchased a phone here. They never provide me the tracking number so I can report to Verizon HQ for missing cards. When I went back to get the code, they say it is not their responsibility and won’t provide the code. I continues to call Verizon HQ to resolve this issue but Verizon HQ blames Wireless Plus to provide sufficient info.to follow up with the claim. I’m being skeptical about Wireless Plus that they must have stole the cards or lied about the promotion when I purchased the phone; otherwise why would they refuse to provide the necessity information that Verizon HQ requests to track the card? Either way, I won’t trust them doing business with them. Arturo the store manager was not helping at all. He is unprofessional and does not know how to resolve an issue.

Came all they from commerce city and show up 15 min before closing and all of a sudden their systems were down, all lies to go home ok time. Poor management

Came with a poor network and dropped call issue. The technician who helped me was courteous, informative and provided me with the suggestions to what might be a culprit.
Following his guidance, I was able to quickly resolve the issue.
Hopefully, it won't happen again.
Great service from a good company.

Verizon is the worst. Tried it and had no signal, hard to change back to Sprint but it was worth it

Nate, the store manager, is the nicest, most sincere Verizon representative I've dealt with in 20 years of being a Verizon customer. He genuinely cares about making customers happy. He's not interested in the high pressure sale or misleading customers - he is honest, friendly, and just wants customers to be satisfied. After having many unpleasant experiences in other Verizon stores, and dealing with way too many high-pressure, disinterested, and, in some cases, dishonest sales people, this is the only location I will patronize.

This place is very unprofessional. Alexa B assured us that we would be able to return the Phone we baught as a temporary solution until i was able to get the phone i wanted. I called multiple times were she assured me that id have no problem returing the phone. Went right now to return and they said that it wasnt possible. Will be speaking with the manager about this incident and about her unprofessional behavior. Not to mention she was rude through this whole proccess. And didnt even apolozise. Save yourself the hassle and go to a better location.

The way the manager behaves reminds me of a high school kid.whoever owns this store needs to come more often and see the child they have as a manger
