Marlena is amazing. Her service was absolutely spectacular. She went above and beyond to help me fix what another location messed up and didn't give up until it was resolved. Her staff is also great. Brandon is the man! Best service ever!

I have been dealing with Marlena at this location for over 2 years now and she’s the best person ever. Marlena is so patient and never gets irritated or frustrated even when a customer is upset. Also, when you have a problem she is able to help you understand what’s going on. If there is an issue with your bill she will figure it out. Doesn’t matter what it is she will take care of it. She has helped me and my husband so much. This company is lucky to have someone like her. She is a jewel!

This is literally one of the best Verizon stores I have ever been to. Marlena and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is super knowledgeable and very friendly. I purchased phones from Marlena and she just went above and beyond the call of duty. She was so professional and very thorough. We were learning new phones and she really took the time to help my wife and I understand everything. She explained everything in detail from the promotions we were getting and gave a complete breakdown of what are bill would look like. I’ve even gone in a couple of times over the past week or so just for some additional questions about the phones and I was helped by Nick. Nick you are the man! Thanks for your patience with some old folks learning new smartphones! This location was highly recommended by some close friends who have purchased from Verizon Millbrae. I have to say that they are the best in the whole entire Bay Area. We have never been more satisfied with the exceptional customer service we received! Thank you!

Great service from Marlena today. I went in needing a new phone and she helped me decide on a great phone for half the price of what I originally wanted. She was very attentive and efficient and really helped me understand everything. She transferred all of my data and also went through a full tutorial on how to use the phone. I have never experienced service like this as a Verizon customer. I am very overwhelmed with satisfaction and this will definitely be my go-to store from now on. Best service ever!

I want to give a thumbs up to Nick. I live in New Jersey and I was staying at the SFO Hyatt. My phone died and the device wasn’t working due to a defective sims card. I walked in to Nick’s store and he very patiently he helped me restore service on my phone. The whole process took over an hour. Nick was very perfessional and he couldn’t have been more helpful

Arthur was extra great with the extra customer service you stayed almost an extra two hours after the store close to help us which is amazing and we truly appreciate his great customer service

After many years of abysmal service from VERIZON Bridgepoint, I checked out Palo Alto & Millbrae's reviews and last week purchased a SAMSUNG S21 Ultra from Marlena Sackleh. I'm not easily impressed but I can tell you that this is possibly the best customer service I've had in many a year. First, she listens, then methodically makes sure you get what you’re asking for, explaining every step along the way. No hype, no heavy sales pitch, just superior customer service and great attention to every detail. Ultra-patient problem-solving seems to be her specialty! While Marlena was focused on the customer in front of her (me), she simultaneously was not distracted by her team members’ frequent requests for momentary direction - all while acknowledging the appearance of a new customer coming through the door with a prompt “Welcome. ” A seasoned multi-tasker! Marlena has restored my faith in VERIZON – and that didn’t come easily.

Brandon was very helpful and accurately diagnosed my faulty sim card. He too the time to replace the card and re actives my phone. Well done! Great customer service
