Brianna was amazing! I went in to take advantage of their trade-in promotion but the 14 pro max was out of stock so she had to have it ordered. She let me know that they are only able to hold the device for a limited time and to make sure I schedule an apt to do the transfer once I was notified that the phone came in. Several days later the phone arrived and I scheduled an appointment but of course, I tested positive for Covid and couldn’t come in. Despite Brianna transferring to a new store location, she gave me a heads up and still extended to be of help during the process because she wanted my transition to Verizon to be as smooth as possible. She even reached out to her former location and let them know the situation and ensured that the device would be held until I was able to safely come into the store. The fact she could have simply passed me on to a new associate but instead chose to go the extra mile means a lot! If that isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what it!

I had a great experience, Cesar was very informative and patient with me. He answered all my questions in detail and added suggestions, too. Cesar's professionalism and radiant smile is an asset to Verizon, it's very seldom that I come in contact with a sales person with those qualities.

The Customer Service was very friendly. I was very pleased with Sales Rep who helped me with my purchase RYAN was one of the most helpful rep I’ve ever dealt with in my whole time of being a Verizon customer. Ryan broke down every question to the T and did not rush at a sale, he was very helpful. I recommend this store and this sales representative to any customer looking to join the Verizon Wireless network. 2 thumbs up.

The employees just looked at you, and don't even say something like " hello, welcome to Verizon, I'll be right there with you in the moment" instead they make you wait forever.

Michael was an awesome sales man was very helpful, and very informative and knowledgeable when it came to Samsung products and IPhone products differences.very great store wasn't to busy but did get busy as me and my wife finished up. This is the guy to go to I'm sure the others are very helpful but Michael was Awesome. Thanks Dude Again i do love this new watch and ultra 22.
