I highly recommend this store. Johnny not only helped me pick out the right phone, but also took on the time-consuming process of changing the order to a slightly different phone in stock when Verizon found there was not enough stock of my first pick for quick delivery. It was a time when chip shortages were heavily impacting stock of electronics devices. I appreciated all the help at a time when my old phone was barely functioning, and highly recommend Johnny and this store.

Denise is helpful and have patience to help me set up my new I phone. She discuss all the options during the change and she listens attentively to all my questions about the product and answered to the best of her knowledge. Overall job well done

The salesperson tried to add $160 worth of accessories without asking or telling us how much they were and we walked out of the store without her giving us a receipt. We realized she scammed us before leaving the Mall. Luckily we were able to return the unwanted items and get our receipt from another associate.

I really have to give so much thanks to the employee Haley she was so welcoming and so helpful through my process, she really did take care of all my questions and concerns. She helped me through the entire process with a smile that reassured my every concern, and above all else she was an amazing employee and deserves so much recognition and applause for her amazing work she does helping the customers, and how much effort she puts in to make sure every customer feels welcomed and relaxed, thank you again so much Haley. Had a great interaction upgrading my phone today! My old phone had screen issues but Seena was able to help get my account transferred with no issues.

This business should be illegal.straight up scam artists-this is not a verizon store but an ‘authorized’ dealer and adds markups, fees and uses highly misleading tactics to charge you more.dont go here ever to buy anything lmao

I went in to this Verizon store and my first impression was how clean it was. The staff was busy helping customers and everyone seemed happy with the service. The store representative I dealt with was ace. He was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not just another customer. Due to his excellent customer service, I'll definitely go back if I need help with my phone. I also recommend this store for any Verizon business related matters you might have as a customer.

Ace was just great. No pun intended, but he was all ACES.

I made the switch (my entire family) to Verizon from T-Mobile, because of Ace. My family was with T-Mobile and went to T-Mobile store to hear about our upgrade options (same mall). He just checked us in and then told us that I can get all the information online.

Decided to go to Verizon on a whim and that was the best decision we ever made that day.

Ace greeted us and guided us through the new phones and service plans that fit our family the best. And I mean everything with as much explanation as I needed. I'd often ask him the same thing over and over again, whenever I was confused, but Ace took his time and explained it to me until I understood everything. He was sooooo patient with me and my family.

My family order the phones everyone wanted and about a week later, we went back. Ace made switch from T-Mobile to Verizon very seamless. And, boy, did Ace take care of us. When all said and done, Ace surprised us with the final bill. All these extra discounts and upgrades made our NEW phones practically free!

Ace, you're the best around!
