Theres restaurants operating safely with covid and here they have one customer in the store and lock the door and expect you to wait outside in the heat with no shade. Fabulous customer service.

Great experience, Heaven was very helpful and friendly. He called us back to give us more information on the store hours. He was supportive with the phone we chose and followed social distancing procedures.

Diana and the gentleman at the store with her were SO wonderful. Due to backing up my phone and transferring files, we were there for almost 2 hours. Had a bunch of laughs! The process was made so easy for me. I appreciated their help!

Terrible experience. Walked in to buy Apple 11 or 11 pro outright. Would not show me the phones, but I could buy and they had in stock and then I could see what I bought. Also, I could not pay in full. Had to do contract. Are you kidding me? Staff was rude and condescending. I called HQ to file complaint. They said this store is in the wrong. Stay away.

No stars! Worse place ever! This place has no idea what they are doing. They told me my phones were locked and wanted me to pay over $500. Went to a different location and got everything I wanted plus more for way less. Corporate needs to retain this staff!

Went back with hopes n they wanted to charge to help log into my act.like wow really. Smh! Never again!

I dropped my phone and broke it that same day on my way home I stopped at Verizon, was fortunate the manager did everything he could to make sure I didn't go home with out a phone sins my insurance sed it would take minimum of 3 weeks to get me a replacement idk what he had to do but I got a phone thank you guys

Aydeth is great and alwats explains things perfectly! She is quick to answer any question i had. If she didn't have the answer she made sure to get the correct answer. David the new manager was also very help and curtious to myself and everyone who walked in the store. Top notch customer service

I have not had great experience with Verizon before, specifically third party retailers, and this was the best experience I have ever had in a cell store. David answered all my questions and walked me through the steps of upgrading as well as helping explain the promo to me and my older parents over the phone. I would come here, a smaller store, over the large Verizon stores any day. Small businesses like this is what cell sales should be about, the relationship, not the encouraging or rather forcing the buyer to more product when they really don't need it.thanks for your help David! Looking forward to picking up my iPhone XS this weekend

Horrible experience, just gave me a sales pitch and a low price to get me to buy new phone. Gave me a free tablet and Hum device. Told me all included on unlimited plan for $200 month. First bill was $383 and monthly bill is $250. I don't think so.

I was very skeptical about coming here because of the previous reviews but I decided to check it out anyways. And let me tell you, I'm thankful I did. The sales representative there named Dennis Rodriguez had the best customer service I have ever experienced. The gentleman was so nice and answered all of my questions. He gave me a excellent deal on a new phone and even altered my plan so it was cheaper. Words can't describe how good of customer service I got. I really don't write reviews but this is the least I can do. Thank you Dennis, I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to everyone.
