4If I could put zero stars I would, this store is a total scam of a store, I bought 2 phones because there was a special for a trade in and a $200 rebate for each phone and I never got those! They owe me $1000 in total and they never have someone in charge to take responsibility or even try to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!
Andrew helped us out and provided excellent customer service. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very honest with his opinions on the phones.
I can say Verizon is a great company to have as provider support texting service is a wonderful feeling
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY RIPPED ME OFF.i contacted the email and phone number they provided and they really do not take care of you.fraud at its finest.everytime i call, they have me back & forth transferring the phone call to the appropriate representative.and they can not get that situated.if i call looking for the manager, shes never there.shes sick, suddenly shes on vacation but the next day shes there but can not take a call.never returns phone calls.what type of customer service is that? My trade-ins can not be found in the system.now, the trade-ins that appear (iphone 5) were not what i traded- in.those phones were stolen. WOW. If i have to file a lawsuit, i will.
