Due to the good customer service she received, a friend recommended this store when my old plan got cancelled. I was very impressed because this store had prompt outstanding customer service. I think his name was Ramano.
He was very knowledgeable and was able to clarify all my options for a new plan. He smoothly helped me and other people, and was very professional

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I went into Verizon to get my mom’s phone looked at. When we walked in two customers were in the store and the sales associate was helping one of them. After about 5 mins of waiting another sales associate comes out from the back and doesn’t even acknowledge anyone waiting to be helped. He went straight to his desk and logged into his computer. After waiting a few minutes more to see if he would help the next customer he never did. My mom and I left the store. I would never go back here because customer service is awful. Even the original sales associate never said anything to us too. Regardless of how busy you are you always should acknowledge your customers coming into the store. This is why I have to T-Mobile.

Best experience at a Verizon store ever. Mr Roumanos, helped us get a new phone, a great deal for our trade in, and did an analysis of our current plan to get the best value for our cell phone plans. The sale, the set up, the purchase of accessories were all done in a very short amount of time. I’ve spent hours at other Verizon’s store, so I was surprised that this visit was very quick and efficient! I would highly recommend! Thank you!

My iPhone died and had to get a new one. Customer service was excellent! I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Fantastic place!

The best customer service experience ever! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my service. That staff represents and is the reason why I am a loyal happy customer.
The team at the San Juan Capistrano, Ca location is the best!

I think Steven was the tech that helped me and he completely exceeded my expectations. Every promise was garnered plus a surprise credit just for asking. Even the manager was fantastic. I highly recommend.
Very professional and made me feel very confident throughout the entire process
I love the new upgrade to the store as well. The San Juan Capistrano branch has been my home base for over 10 years. Smells so good in there. Like fresh wood. Clean.
Thank you for such an easy transition from an I-phone 7+ to the newest 14 version.
She’s a beaut, plus arrived more than a week before promised. I’m overly stoked.

Steven was the young man at the San Juan Capistrano store that waited on us. He was very patient and knowledgeable, as we needed help with several purchases. The manager kept things in the store moving along efficiently and the two of them together made for a positive shopping experience for us. We only have good things to say about our experience at this Verizon store.

Whoa whoa whoa! Hold up!

0 stars for an absolutely ridiculous store policy! They wanted to charge me $299 to upgrade my phone (yes you read that right), which would've included transferring my old phone data, plus a case, screen protector and charger.

LOL! This store owner is absolutely out of their mind! I don't recall being so absurdly taken aback in recent memory, or perhaps ever. I know they need to make money and I would've been fine paying $50 or maybe even considered $100 for the convenience of getting the phone right then, but give me a break. $300.that's like half the price of a new phone.

Needless to say I left immediately. I just bought my phone on Amazon, who also even gave me a $200 gift card. Thats a $500 win right there.

5 stars though to the sales reps at this location: Issau (?) and Romo. They greeted me immediately, apologized probably 6+ times for being busy with other customers (not their fault), multi-tasked and started my process while finishing up other customers, and were transparent about the above mentioned fee. Big kudos to them only, and they don't deserve any flack for the dumb fees the store charges.stay away from this store though

I went in for an upgrade on my iPhone, it was a quick and easy process. I will definitely come back to get my daughter’s phone upgraded.

Salesman was very helpful but it’s frustrating that you don’t get a charging cube included in the $1,000 + new purchased iPhone anymore.

Convenient location for south OC. Super nice bunch of guys. Romano and his team went above and beyond to help me switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. They strive to create a pleasant and efficient experience for customers.

Don’t go here. They had me get the 5G home internet without even knowing my signal strength or nearby cell tower. Hence signal was horrid. They also told me I can return it any any Verizon store which is false. Then when I went back to this store they said I had to call Verizon to get a shipping box! Note; Never go to a 3rd party Verizon store for anything! In addition, I just received my bill which is an increase from a supposedly 30 day trial! I deserve some type of compensation! Likely due to the sales person putting in some incorrect code! Just horrid! And yes, I emailed wecare@victra.
