The sales agent was really helpful. I had an issue with my sim card, and the sales agent graciously fixed the problem. I would suggest that multitasking would be great.

This morning the manager and his assistant at Victra/Verizon were superb with their expertise helping me to set up my new phone. I was frustrated trying to manage it myself. They were patient with me and took the time. I have been a long time Verizon customer and will continue with them.
