The manager wouldn’t give up when problems developed. Shawn went above and beyond even visiting other stores to find a solution for us. In the end he had transferred our services, found a gold iPhone Pro Max T1 and made everything work before we left the store. A true gem. Bravo Zulu!

We came into Verizon to switch from both AT&T and Spectrum after countless issues with them. Despite both providers being quite painful to work with, the manager at Verizon, Shaun, kept his cool and made the process flow smoothly. He did a fantastic job of explaining each step along the process and was very knowledgeable which made working with him exceptionally easy. We will 100% be back for any future needs.

It has been a long time since I have felt like a “valued customer “ - I did today!

I went here the other day to pick up the new IPhone 14. Shawn is the best Verizon associate I’ve ever interacted with! He was so friendly, knowledgable, and great at what he does balancing the volume of people and also sharing the insights and differences of plans, phones and equipment while being considerate and talking through scenarios and fine print. After our transaction I know I’m a Verizon member for life and I want to send my entire family and all my friends in to see him for all their Verizon experiences. I used to dread going in person but now I can’t wait to go back thanks again!

Great experience! Kyle rocked it. Was greeted quickly and helped with everything I was hoping to accomplish in a timely manner.
