If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. What is the whole point in buying online & picking up in store? To be able to walk in & GET YOUR IN STORE PICK UP. Don’t understand why it takes “10 minutes” to open a safe but I have been waiting longer. This is the second time I come because of convenience. It being close to home. & both times I’ve come here, I’ve had not good experiences. Never coming here again. I might as well have done a walk in to buy my phone instead of doing what I thought would be quicker & buying online. LOL. Worst Verizon “store” here. DO BETTER.

Update: it’s about to be an hour that I been here WAITING FOR MY ONLINE PICKUP ORDER! Take off the option to buy online & pick up. This is seriously ridiculous.

Update: after an hour I got my order. Could have at least compensated me with a phone case or something! For waiting ridiculously long for my online order!

Called to see what data plans they have for hotspot and they hung up on me. Then I showed up in person and they couldn’t even answer my question without telling me to go to a corporate office and get a pin number. What a joke, never again

Anais did an awesome job she was so kind and helpful. I didn't know how to work my phone and she help me. Great experience overall I would recommend this store and staff.

Had to wait, Ok, finally, next, just needed a SIMM card, business w 7 lines, took awhile.well forget debit card they charge. Came back later, they still busy had to wait. Finally got me seated, waited n waited, they were busy chatting. Forget it, went to Clovis Branch, quick service, no charge. Luis was great.

Do yourself a favor and go to an ACTUAL Verizon store, not this "authorized retailer". Customer service is horrible. I waited 45 minutes to be told my pickup order was out of stock. Anais is not helpful and will speed-talk over you. I watched her try several times to sell a customer two iPhones, when that isn't what they wanted. When Anais realized she wasn't going to get the large sale she pushed it off to another rep. They have you call Verizon support for any account changes. Still waiting for the email confirmation that my order is out of stock, which was supposedly sent to me while I was in the store.

Worse than at&t. Go to verzion corporate store instead. Been 3 months visited store over dozen time to return my device that had 30 free trial. Now they holding my device for almost 3 weeks promise to send it to verzion. Still kept receiving bill. Unfortunately verzion can't do anything cus device is not shipped. So stressful. Terrible management.

Place rips you off. Don’t go to retailers, go to an actual verizon where they don’t charge you a $30 fee to “help you”. I should go back and beat their a**.

Joey was very helpful and patient. We had bad luck at two other Verizon stores (one sent us to the Apple Store and the other never acknowledged our existence). We were grateful for his professionalism and help.

If you come into this store be aware that the accessories are incredibly expensive. You won't realize the price of them until the workers have already placed them on your phone. They will just grab the accessories and not even discuss the cost of them before placing them on your phone. Live and learn. I made the mistake of allowing the worker to put the accessories he said I needed on my new phone. Screen protector ($65.00) phone case ($45.00) and a charger block he said I needed ($40.00). I thought I was going to spend at the most 100 dollars that day. Little did I know, I paid more for the accessories. I ended up paying $250.00! The workers get commission on what they sell so they try to trick you into buying their accessories. I found everything I needed online for under 20 dollars. I would recommend telling them right off the bat that you don't want anything extra for your phone. Unless you want to pay the high prices. I was only able to return my phone case and the block charger. I was not able to return the screen protector since it was one of those liquid glass ones.never again! I have learned my lesson.

Just too pricey for phone parts. So instead I went to the Costco shopping center on West Shaw. To the phone repair shop & P. O. Bought the same phone part for $20 verses $60

Great customer service is hard to come by these days. You know? People who listen to the need/concern of the customer. People who connect/care. People who get you what you need. Joey was very professional, speedy but informative. He was friendly and above all upon explaining to him what I was looking for, he got me what I needed. I appreciated his assistance. Thank you Joey! I hope you understand that value you bring because of your great customer service.

After a terrible experience with T-Mobile I asked friends what phone company they recommend. Nearly all my friends suggested Verizon so I drove over. The 2 employees that helped me were incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable. To be honest I was more then a little afraid to switch carriers after having sprint for 21 years……but if the overall customer service for Verizon is anything like I experienced tonight it will be a great switch. Thank you for having such great employees who made this switch so very easy!

I will give them no stars but I can’t, worst customer service, i been there customer been 3yrs have 4 lines there and when to order new phone before last week they skinny guy curly hair order my new iPhone 13 pro max green color i told him i be back next week to pick up I have work i go out of state he said we keep it for u in safe u can come whenever u want to pick up and then when i went there he said wait let me check the safe then after he check he said sorry we give to someone else i was so disappointed he lied they didn’t given to anyone because it was showing me on online account to set up my new iPhone and i see it he was helping someone bring the phones from safe and it was one green color iPhone, I still told him order it again he said ok he was helping someone so i told him can u order it on the phone I have to go he said ok he write down my info and never call me back i call after a day 05/06/22 he again said sorry I’m with customer i call u back I said ok he never did and then i call him again today 05/11/22 he answered I told him u never called back he said I can’t do business with u I can’t order it he said u can get help from another employee or go to another store and then hang up on me I was shocked how they treated 3yrs old customer idk what his problem or why he have problem with him it’s ok if he don’t like me ur working there for company why u not selling there product right he wasted my 3weeks why didn’t told me from the first day I went there that sorry ask someone help for help simple why wasted my time and company reputation and not selling there products that’s what u get paid for ur treating people like it’s ur own shop I don’t wanna be rude here i never write a review in my life but i was really disappointed he waste my time and give me attitude and give me bad customer service I’m sorry if my words hurt anyone i was just giving customer review i was so disappointed have a nice day

They promise lot but no help.
I gone on 12/16 have said they open my business account and they taken my details and copy of my business documents said now it's busy so they will call me till now no body contacted me I afraid r this some scam taking my documents copy and may be they use for wrong purposes.
I always aware but due to Verizon name I given my Documents.

Sam was truly amazing with his calm, cool and collected customer service. Very patient and accommodating. He (unfortunately) was working alone and had a full lobby. Took the necessary steps to deal with an active thief all while maintaining his customers at hand and his composure.
