I had the most amazing experience getting my phone from this Verizon location and that's saying a lot since I've been a Verizon customer for 10+ years. I came into the store totally last minute since my phone broke. Even though the store was full of customers I was greated with a smile. Raman was the representative that assisted me. She is amazing! Raman walked me through the process of preordering my new phone and returning my broken one. Marissa her store manager was also amazing in assisting Raman. I had to come back to get new Google pixel 7 Pro. They both remembered that I loved Google products so much that they set aside the Google watch. I am so happy that they did. To cut it short this Verizon retailer is the best in my books. I highly recommend these wonderful girls for all your phones and accessories. The best customer service!

I couldn’t have had a better experience than I enjoyed today at the Verizon on Shaw in Fresno. I highly recommend this store and the young man who
Helped me so kindly. My regret? I didn’t ask his name so I could make sure he gets credit for his excellent service. I’ll be back.

Verizon is a great service provider, but I detest their new pin security feature; fix it! Spent a week trying to get my phone repaired. I couldn't receive text. Two people came to me telling me they had the same issue. Big thanks goes to Marissa.

My issue wasn't resolved, but this person was prompt and gave outstanding service.

Worse experience we have ever had with Verizon. We ordered our phones online so we can just pickup. Get there, have to go in and wait, which is fine, things get busy.
Was there almost 3 hours trying to get our phones transferred over only to get them back, and once we got home realize the woman who was supposed to hook everything didn’t fully hook up one of the phones. Which then created another 2 hour debacle at home trying to get it fixed since they were closing soon, and said we would need to come back in the morning.
6 hours later we were finally able to get things situated. I understand things happen, but I’ve had iPhone last 10+ years, and have never had any issues like this arise.
Definitely recommend any other location if you’d like good and prompt service.

It was funny when we get there the fist time they were bragging about customer service but yet they made me waste my time by calling me saying that my phones were ready to be picked up so I showed up and told me they can’t give us the phones because they were still waiting for one more… then why would you call me makes no sense to me nest time double check

Marissa runs a tight ship at this store. Expect nothing but professional honest service when visiting this store. She will make sure all your questions are answered and give you every piece of information you may need to make the correct decision for your next phone or phone plan. I am very satisfied with all interactions I've had at this store for both my corporate plan and my personal.
