I was very happy with the help I recieved. Very nice people working in the store. Jess was very professional, friendly & nice. I appreciate that I went in to buy liquid glass for my phone & that she put it on for me at no extra cost! Thank you so much!:)

The 3rd time I visited Jessica wasn't there even though she did a great job Mazin was there this time, took over an hour of time to get my phone transferred over I appreciate his patience and his time

Showed up at Friday 6pm and they’re closed. Sign says 10-7. No sign saying we’ll be back or closed early.

It’s 605 pm … store closes at 7 pm and the staff is on lunch break until 640 pm and the store is locked up…. Bad Business

Could not speak more highly of this store or the team there. I called them, they answered immediately and after getting the runaround by other Verizon locations, they stayed open late just to help me and my mom. They ordered exactly what we wanted when other places said they couldn’t and gave us a much better deal than the other locations. 5 Stars!

I went in the store to replace a old phone that was going to be terminated at the end of the year. Marcus told me about a promotion that if I added a new line that this new Pixel 6a phone would be free of charge and all I would have to do is call and cancel the old phone. When he rang me up the charge was $265.57 I asked what that was for he said screen protector, phone case, popscocket and fees. All documents and receipts would be emails. Well I checked my email and I was charged for the phone $530.00 on a monthly plan and my Verizon bill went up $100.00, also they couldn’t find my receipt or any promotion offer and said I would have to go back to the store to resolve the issue. So tell me why would I had another line instead of just replacing my phone if I wasn’t mislead? Now I have to go back to the store with everything and dispute this order. Very unsatisfactory

I've recently worked with gentleman named Wyatt! Man! This guy was extremely super helpful with my situation and was able to answer all of my questions I had for him. He display great empathy, knowledge on verzion policies, and overall such helpful person. You need give this man a raise, ASAP! He's a asset that you can't afford to lose!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would have. I've been shopping with Go Wireless for several years and PREVIOUSLY, always had EXCELLENT customer service.until today that is. I have always purchased my screen protectors here because they made it very easy to come in and replace if I needed to. Looked me up on the computer, grabbed the new protector, replaced and I was on my way.

However, today was much different. I came in to replace my daughter's screen protector that I purchased last November. They have always said lifetime replacement, NO CHARGE. There were two representatives, a gentleman and a lady. The gentleman was very nice, however the lady was rude and disrespectful. I explained that I have always replaced in store and that is how the screen protector was sold to me "free replacement right away. " She cut me off and began to repeat several different times that all replacements are done at the manufacture level and not in the store. She wouldn't even acknowledge what I was saying and didn't care what was told to me at the time of purchase. Frustrated after hearing the same speech over and over, I finally told her to give me any info she had and I would take care of it because I wasn't given a box or receipt at the time of purchase because it was all in the computer. She begins to have an attitude and said that I had to say "May I have the info". EXCUSE ME? !? !? ! This is not a way to talk to customers if you want to keep them in a time when businesses are closing. The gentleman explains that the policy changed about 6 months ago. Looks like they aren't honoring previous customers like myself. I looked online and I have to pay an additional $9 for lifetime warranty. I will definitely NEVER go back to this store and if you are looking for a company that honors what it says, don't come here!
