I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years. Evidently that means nothing to their manager. Six months later and they still have not gotten us our $900 phone rebate and they don’t seem like they really care. ATT here we come.
Kattie my new Version favorite lady! Kattie was able to take not just some extra time but, invested in helping my elderly Mom. She was mindful of how she wanted others to treat her parents. We had some issues resolving what we needed to do, and she was able to continue to try different things and didn't give up, she used her wand to getter done. Very encouraged there are still Katties in the world, really need Katties and not Karens.lol. I now can help my Mom pay her bill and she is happy and I'm happy to be able to help my Mom. Would not have happened if it wasn't for Kattie.

Fast and Easy service, thank you to Sergio for getting my 3 lines over from AT&T. I think I spent longer waiting in line at AT&T store than I did switching over 3 Iphones at this store.
Sergio explained what to expect for my first bill, what my monthly payments will look like and hooked us up with some great Rebates offered by Verizon. He put us on the best plan that works for my Family and it even came with Apple Music and Disney+.
The network with Verizon has been far better than what I was used to with AT&T, I'm really impressed.
