I went in to see about buying a friend a new phone. I waited over 20 minutes to get some service. Both associates were busy so I left.

Giovani was extremely helpful. He showed me every option I had and explained everything very well. What great customer service!

If you come here, ask for Michael - he goes above and beyond for you. He was very friendly and very professional in helping me with my service. I had a very complex situation, and it was like a walk in the park for him. HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. He knew exactly what to do, offered, and explained all choices available, I left home very satisfied and relieved.

If you are in the market to start new with Verizon or just want to add a line to your existing Verizon account like we did, this is the store for you. I normally don't look forward to going into the stores; however, this all changed yesterday when we went into this store and met Yahayra. She immediately welcomed us in and asked how she could assist us. She was super friendly and professional. She listened and seemed to know intuitively exactly what we needed. She was knowledgeable on different types of phones and that was very helpful in deciding which phone to purchase. We left feeling satisfied and will definitely return to this store for our future needs! If you're in the area, I strongly recommend going to this store and if she's available, ask for Yahayra. You won't be disappointed.

Was charged for a tablet when employee told it was free as part of some promotion they had. Never trust these folks.
