Josh was very helpful throughout our interaction. He explained the process as he was walking us through it. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions & concerns. Although the phone I wanted wasn't available in-store, he immediately called other stores to see which one had it. Thankfully, another employee was heading to that store and picked up mine as well. Jamar recognized me from the previous occasions I’ve been In The store. He was of great help and so was the assistant manager who welcomed me the second I walked into the store. Had a pretty good overall experience with my sales associate and everyone there. I could tell the employees got along well by the jokes they all had and how they interacted with each other.

Jamar is AWESOME! We came in to get a new phone for my mom and he bent over backwards to find the best deal for us then spent a solid couple hours getting everything transfered and set up, screen protector installed and placed in the new case so Mom didn't have to do anything! And the whole time he was friendly and fun to chat with.

The screen on my phone went out. I needed a phone. Jamar helped me with everything. He was very relatable and excellent to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I went there to get new phone and I agreed on getting iPhone 13.dominic R helped me I asked him I am paying only tax on my phone today and doing installments. He charged me $ 194 and I told me why is that much he said it is all fees together to get the phone outside from the store. I said ok can I have breakdown he said I can't look up the breakdown and I make sure that it is only tax that I am paying today and make the payment and ask for receipt he charged me $65 for screen guard
Then he applied screen guard on my phone I said I am not paying for this he said it is included and when I saw the receipt he already charged me for screen guard and put the guard already before showing me receipt
Then I ask him I don't want this guard and need my money back. He said I can remove the guard and wipe off your phone.
I said just remove the guard and give my money back he said everything goes together in our policy and I was so disappointed with his service because I went with my new born baby and stay there almost 2 hours for the phone and at the end he said he can remove everything and take everything back and give me refund
