DJ the best efficient service ever. Understanding, listening, communicating, compassionate and a sense of humor. In my time of need my phone drowned in Hilery 23 tropical storm, and l was flooded out of my home at 11: 45 pm August 20 on my Birthday.
DJ was very helpful explaining everything and found a plan that is perfect. He also helped this non tech guy get everything set up.

Francisco was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me transfer my data from a faulty phone to my replacement phone without losing anything. Very helpful about the product and troubleshooting things to be careful of with the replacement phone.

Exceptional customer service from Brett. I lost my phone abroad, got set up with a nice replacement and also updated my plan that was long overdue.
Do not trust the employees in this office they told me my home internet will have 500mg of speed the service had less than 50mg of speed in reality. Guess what you cant return the trash modem to this store either so goodluck with customer service team India they could not even send me a return label within 30 day to return the trash $50 modem so now Verizon billed me $218 for a pipe dream and wasted time. Over 2 hrs spent on the phone absolutely a waste of time
