19 We came into this store in June to do a trade in with our phones for new phones. My husbands phone was received and we got the credit for it but my credit still has not been given.
Since then, the store will not pick up the phone. We moved out of state and we have no way of reaching the store.
This store should lose their authorized dealer license. Absolutely ridiculous that they won't answer their phones and work this out with us.
Wait was long but overall satisfied. Ashley and another guy helped me get my phone set up pretty quick
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I traded in two phones with them.they only sent one back to corporate. So my trade in discount is not applied. I’ve called multiple times and they can’t figure out what is wrong. They also can’t seem to call me back. Maybe this will get their attention.
It was wonderful. My man Romo helped me quickly, effectively, and got me in and out with the phone I wanted in my hand.
Do not do an online order to this place. I talked to VZW sales and they did an order and told me I could go in today as they showed the store had inventory. I did the order and VZW charged my card. When I got there the sales rep said that they have inventory but for their customers. I thought I was a VZW customer so I don’t understand that? Also he said the inventory system isn’t accurate. I asked if that was because they aren’t a real store and he shrugged that question. Went to Apple and they took care of me. I would strongly suggest buying from a real store or Apple or learning how to get on their “secret” list.
I had the BEST experience at the Verizon store in Irvine Spectrum thanks to Karli. Karli is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional!

Briana was very nice, competent and efficient. She didn't waste any time and got the job done!
We came in to start a new plan and buy the iPhone 15, we didn’t want to do it online.
‘Bilal’ told us it will be 20 - 25 minutes, we walked around the mall waiting a text, we never got one even after 40 minutes. I came back in to see him, he said oh you are in que 2 more people are ahead of you, it will be very shortly, just few minutes. Few minutes turned into 45 minutes and still we never got called, bilal simply just started ignoring us and when I came up to talk to him to ask him, he simply brushed me off like I’m not there.
We walked away and possibly never going to get a plan for Verizon.
The manager Mark and the representative Nathan went out of their way and spent a significant amount of time to ensure that I got the best device and that I got the correct discount applied to my account. They were both extremely helpful in explaining all of the features on my new tablet. They also helped me with the very cracked screen on my phone. I would most definitely go back to that store for help on getting any devices I need in the future.
What made the experience great was the store assistant manager, Brianna. She was very professional. She took time to answer and suggest options twice the time I have been to the store. One thing most notable was her kind and friendly demeanor. Thank you, Brianna.
Karli was absolutely amazing! She was quick, helpful and educated me on how to use my device. I asked a ton of questions and she answered them all with grace.
Michael was extremely helpful. He explained everything well and even recommended a delicious restaurant to eat at while I waited for my data to switch over to the new phone.
Karli is Queen! She made our whole experience easy and stress free. She took care of 4 phone upgrades. We went to dinner while she did all the work! It was AWESOME! The best visit EVER!
I went in a few months ago because my brother had recently gotten an $800 trade-in deal. By the time I went in, the deal was over and only $400 was being offered. Karli assured me that the $800 deal would likely be back once a new iPhone model released if I was willing to wait. She asked if I’d like to be put on a list to be notified if and when the deal returned. I figured she would probably forget about me, or the deal would never happen again. Months later, she texted me the day the deal renewed and asked me which phone I’d like to pre-order. She then texted me the second my order was in and I was able to come pick it up on my way home from work. She made things easy every step of the way. Loving my new phone!

Walked in the Irvine spectrum location to open new service. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. Definitely recommend visiting this particular location.
Michael added the internet without ask me. Then when I noticed he said it’s 1st month free and it’s only $35
I called customer service they said it’s $55 and no month free while on the phone with them they told me that Walmart and Desney land bundle was added by Michael without my authorisation. Basically he lied and added services without my consent.
