Bad service, debauched attendant and without the slightest desire to meet us. During our service stopped in the middle to meet another person.

Andy was helpful, kind, informative, and fun. Great experience getting new phone! Andy did a great job explaining everything with options.

Went in to trade my old phone in and get a new one and had a surprisingly good experience - much better than other Verizon stores I've been to. Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.

Absolute incompetence of employees. On August 7, they spent an hour and a half of my time, $ 100 (promised to return it) and did not provide any of the requested services. He demanded the manager's number. They gave the number of a certain Jay, 805*****49 I doubt it's genuine. Verizon's communication quality is great, but the service is terrible. Probably will have to remain a subscriber to the nearest telecom operator…

I got a new phone and went in into the Thousand Oaks verizon store to activate my electronic sim card. What should have been a 10 minute visit turned into a three hour ordeal. I was never helped and only heard excuses from the employee. This isn't the first time it's occurred either. This has happened on multiple other occasions at the same store where their systems just so happens to be down, or the systems are slow "today. " Just simply say that your systems are poorly structured!

Victra store scammed my son. They told him to come back within 30 days. He is 17 years old (!) so as a kid would he trusted, THEN they did not honor it and made him pay more $$! NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

WARNING - this is not an official Verizon store. It is a franchise. Thus, they do not have to follow Verizon policy. For example, they will charge you $30 set up and go fee for simply activating your phone. This is not the verizon policy for charging set up and go, but this store doesn’t have to follow it.

On top that, they did not get us our Verizon rebate nor has the phone discount been applied to my account. In other words, they stole my old phone.

Avoid avoid avoid this store at all costs….

I am in the desert and my prepaid hotspot was not working. I called another store and no one would help me. I called and Brandon took the time to listen to my concerns and issue. He was able to look at my account and make the changes needed. Now my hotspot works and I can work while in the desert. I like that he took the time to work with me and did not push me off to the 800#.

We were here to get new iPhones from both my wife and myself. They had to be ordered, and obviously had to be set up. Colin did a fantastic job… Really well done. Great customer service.

Both Brandon and Colin were both great. They ensured that I got my new iPhone 14 pro max shipped back to the right store after it had been shipped to Washington! Customer service was un able to fix the problem but Brandon stepped up and handled everything for me!

I went to the Verizon Vitra store today at the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks to buy a new iPhone and iPad. Collin assisted me with this and made what could have been a daunting experience into an easy one. He transferred everything over from my old phone and tablet to my new ones and even put my new screen protector and case on my new phone. He was very patient with me and answered all my many questions. I have been to other Verizon stores that are like a zoo. Not this one! I highly recommend this Verizon store.

Colin was excellent that’s why I went there cause I looked on other peoples ratings and comments and sure enough he was helpful. Also, the store was very nice, the chairs were cushy and comfortable although they did not have good lower back support. Apple products are pricey but I expected that
