Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra, Costa Mesa CA

I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if I had a question that could be handled quickly. I said I needed a new phone. I was directed to the phone display while I waited for the next available employee to help me.

I paid $371 for new iPhone, and after 10 days decided return and did refund, they did refund only $51! Terrible! Don't visit this store. It's not original Verizon.it's Victra store. Bad!

Unfortunately I did not get my salesman’s name. But I give him huge accolades- he was the only one in the store and my phone sale was not simple due to the fact that my old phone screen was broken and he had to work extra hard to get my information off of it. He was under pressure- having 3 people while I was there. The whole time he was very conversational and cool under pressure.

SUPER sketchy sales guys, which I am sure is promoted by bad management, but I would happily go out of my way to the Harbor Blvd location to get a better experience in the future. I went in to trade in my phone for an upgrade that was being offered to me by Verizon, and after wasting an hour of my time, the sales people told me it was ONLY possible if I purchased a "package" of additional $300 worth of phone accessories that I didn't want, which was a blatant lie. I went to another location up the street and traded my phone in for the upgrade no problem without any slimy up-selling.

Diego and his colleague were very professional and knowledgeable. I was appreciative of the time they took to explain the details of my new phone and service plan even if it meant staying open later for me. I will certainly be coming back to this Verizon just for them. Thanks again gentlemen!

Went in this afternoon. I was not looking to buy right now, but I had a few questions. Joshua was so very helpful, answered all my questions and there was no "hard sell" at all. A very pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to return in the future

Came in with a complicated phone issue and was helped by Diego who was extremely efficient and attentive in his customer care. He took time to troubleshoot my phone issues and come up with multiple solutions for my situation. I very much appreciated his customer service and would 100% recommend people go to the Costa Mesa store when looking to receive high level customer care.

Diego is an excellent person who treated us warmly, with respect and kindness, exceeding our expectations of customer service.
