Received poor service. Representatives at this store lie about pricing on products to get you walking out the door with devices. Mohammed told me my iPhone would be $10 a month for the iPhone 14 plus.but the amount on my first bill says $25. I decided to get an Apple Watch a week or so later.and Demarcus made the decision that we was going to give me a M/L 40mm watch.without bothering to verify what size Watch and watch band I wanted (I found out when I got home because I told him I would set the Watch up at home and didn’t open the box in store). I wanted the 44mm in a S/M. When I went back to the store I confronted Demarcus about this, he agreed that he should have clarified with me prior to giving me the Watch. He ordered the right Watch for me and said he said it would take 2 days for the Watch to come in. He said he would call me when the Watch came in. I got a confirmation email on my account saying the Watch was ordered but couldn’t check the status I’m guessing because the Watch was ordered through to the store. I tried to ring the Verizon store to confirm if the Watch came in but their number doesn’t work. I checked my email again 3 days after the Watch was ordered and the confirmation finally went through to show the Watch was delivered next day. And Demarcus never called like he said he would to let me know the Watch came in … he also said he would adjust my bill for all of the inconvenience he has caused which I bet you can guess good ole Demarcus didn’t do that either. Then Demarcus left the original Watch on my bill.which means if I didn’t verify my bill I would have been paying for both watches.one I had.and one that was sent back and no longer in my possession. I was also told the Watch would be an additional $10 a month.however it was $20. I had to call Verizon’s customer service (*611) 3 times to get the issue with the watch resolved. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this store.

5/10/23 Update: my bill is consistently wrong. They are charging me for one Apple Watch that I have.and the other that DeMarcus originally gave me. So my bill is $40 higher each month and they are charging me for equipment I don’t even have. I called in 3x and they keep removing it from my bill and it keeps magically appearing again. I wanted to enroll in autopay but my bill is wrong each month which costs me more money because I can’t take advantage if auto pay. Stay away from this store or you’ll face problems like this.

My husband and I experienced shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior from the store manager Marcus L, resulting in him telling us to leave the store, and that he has decided to refuse us service. At no point were we rude with him. We only expressed our dismay with Verizon’s policies, which we acknowledged he does not make. After waiting in an empty store with no customers for nearly 2 hours, Marcus tried to troubleshoot why my internet had suddenly stopped working on my new phone which I purchased from him at this store 3 months prior. Marcus was too incompetent with his knowledge of his job, to realize that he had not set up my monthly auto pay correctly, which in turn, shut down the internet on my phone. I figured this out on my own at home after checking my Verizon account! After Marcus L and support spent nearly 2 hours trying to trouble shoot the issue, Marcus L.told me I likely needed to upgrade my internet for an additional $10 per month, which I agreed to, I just wanted my phone to work! Marcus then proceeded to charge $15 to my card, more than agreed upon, and my internet still didn’t work. Marcus told me he had to go to lunch, and his solution was to tell me it would take 5-7 days to trouble shoot the issue, and my phone’s internet would not be in working order throughout this entire duration, and even longer if the phone needed to be replaced. My husband and I told Marcus that we felt this was unreasonable for such a large company like Verizon to send their customer out the door with no resolve for such a long period of time without a working phone. We told Marcus we realize he does not make the rules, and we are not upset with him, but that we would like a contact number to talk to somebody higher up like his boss, or corporate about Verizon’s handling of this situation. This is the point in which Marcus L.said to us “I don’t have to give you any information, I can refuse service to you, and I am now not going to help you at all! ” He also told us not to return tomorrow. He would not refund the money he charged me that day, I had to call customer service to explain his refusal to help us. How does Verizon view such a individual as management material? Hopefully Marcus L will learn how to do his job properly to save his customer, and support techs the headache…and improve upon his customer communication skills. We will not be giving Verizon our business ever again.

Left a note on the door stating that the rep would be back in 15 mins. Waited a half hour and he never showed up. All I needed to do was to pick up a phone.

Imani was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. She helped with our family account for 4 new iPhone. We are happy to return to Verizon with the excellent services.

I have forgotten the young man’s name unfortunately but this young man was locking up for his lunch and let me in and completely took care of all my worries of switching from T-Mobile to Verizon work phone to personal!
If ever around Temecula Pkwy and Hwy 79 south I highly recommend!
