Verizon Authorized Retailer — Cellular Sales, Bakersfield CA

Please go to an actual Verizon store if you want over charged service. This location is a fraud. They say they’ll waive the activation fees and then say they can’t because they’re a 3rd party store. I called Verizon and said they can’t waive my fees either.

Daisy was such a great help! Upgraded my two new lines and she was able to leave all my pictures. Everyone in the store was so polite

I visited this location to enquire about adding a tablet to my line for work. They analyzed my account and were able to help me get a watch and tab S4 tablet (paid in full) on a better plan for less money than what I was originally paying WITHOUT the tablet and watch. The bald headed guy, I think his name is Juan or John plus Ricardo were both professional. I had a bad stigmas about wireless stores and usually only buy online but this experience will make me a customer for life.

I would like to thank Verizon and Carlos Alvarez. He is the reason I will stay with Verizon for ever. Thank you SO Much Carlos. I will recommend everyone to Verizon.

Excellent customer service. Everyone was so nice and they even helped me transfer all my stuff that the other store didnt.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was helped by some guy named Alex. He made me feel like I was 4th most important thing the entire time because he kept pausing to either take a call, reply to a text, or email. Alex also quoted me a monthly price. When I got the bill it wasn’t the case. He signed me up for extra things that I didn’t want. When I tried to call him to resolve the issue he gave me the run around that he’s the only one who works for corporate, so he was the only one who can resolved the issue but when he goes back to work. After I got ghosted by him I went into talk to someone about it, all they could say is that I got ripped off (my words not theirs.)

Just wanna say that the Manager Timothy was phenomenal he spent actual time with us and wasn't pushy at all! There's two kinds of salesmen in this world! One who makes you feel like you bought a quality product and one who makes you feel like you were scammed after making a purchase and I must say Timothy was very honest and well at his craft. Julian was also very helpful as well after Timothy left. The whole stores atmosphere was very welcoming and humble. Definitely will be coming back.

Eneidi manriquez was so helpful. I had so many questions and she was very patient and kind. I would recommend anyone to come to this location and ask for her!

Kris and Julian were a huge help with me and my brother's when we decided to switch from Cricket. They gave me a great deal with cases and screen protectors. I'm gonna tell my friends and family all about them.

Boss dude wouldn't help me. He brought out 2 phones, hoping to sell me a phone, even though I hadn't said anything about a new phone. I bought in my new phone which is malfunctioning hoping he could replace SIM card. He told me he could sell me one, but it wasn't going to help. Phone stores don't "sell" us SIM cards. They're given away. They aren't part of the store's retail merchandise. W. T. F?

Ricardo was really helpful and he knew what we were looking for and also helped us lower our monthly payment I would recommend coming into the store and talking to him about your phones needs.

I went to the new store on Panama in Bakersfield, CA and was greeted immediately. Mauricio was a great help. He explained all devices and products thoroughly. He gave us a great deal. Due to other circumstances I chose to return the device. Mauricio helped us once again and was completely friendly, professional and understanding to the situation. I highly recommend him and Verizon for your cell phone needs.
