Tried to get a phone for my wife for Mothers Day. Couldn't find the phone she wanted in Cerritos or Fullerton went to Whitewood mall.
Darvon waited on us got us what she wanted did all the transfers and it was perfect.
When you go there ask for Darvon he will take care of you.

I was disappointed when I went in after a few days longer as it did not arrive on day promised, when it finally did arrive I was told that the offer had expired and I had to leave with out my new phone.

Hilda is extremely patient and thorough. My parents are older and they get bombarded with other retailers who seem to push for a sale rather then actually help their customer. In being so patient and listening to my parents needs my father ended up wanting to sign up for a cellphone too — a smart phone at that. Thank you hilda for being passionate and committed to your business and proving great service! Now it’s time for my upgrade?

I had the best experience at this store a few weeks ago. The lady that helped me her name is Hilda and she’s the assistant manager I can’t say enough good things about this lady. Verizon is very lucky to have her as an employee. She was knowledgeable, patient and extremely professional. Talk about representing the company outstandingly.

Went into this store to upgrade my daughter's phone. Dominic was a great person to work with. Very personable & patient, as my daughter really wanted a White phone but they were out of white in the phone she wanted, so she had to think about colors but then another rep came over & told us she could get White in the same phone with a bigger memory.just a few dollars more each month lol. Problem solved!
The process took quite a long time bc we also just decided to trade her phone in for credit to use on the taxes, so the phone had to be wiped clean of storage so it could be deactivated. But again, Dominic was an absolute PLEASURE to work with.
I noticed after we left later in the evening that my receipt showed a "Ready 2 Go Set Up" charge for $19.99. It also showed a "Premium Glass Cleaner" charge for $14.99 but there was also a credit underneath for the Cleaner of $-14.99. So I thought, OK. Dominic gave us this Glass Cleaner at the end of our purchase & told us, this is for you to clean the screens and if it ever runs out you can call the company & they'll refill it for free. So that charge/reverse charge made sense (must just need to be documented for receipt purposes).
BUT what was the $19.99 for? He did help my daughter by opening up the box, turning the phone on & telling her when type in her Apple ID/password. He also waited patiently waiting for the old phone to do it's thing so it could be turned it for the credit.but surely that's not what the charge was for? We could have done that all at home by transferring data from the iclouds & then erasing her old phone right?
So I called the store & spoke with someone else & told him everything above. He basically said it was for the setup of your new phone & the free glass cleaner. I told him again, we could have set it up at home ourselves & I had no idea what the glass cleaner was even about? He said there wasn't anything he could do.
Sooooooo here I am writing this review. Kudos to Dominic for his great personality and service but I guess I'm not sure who's to blame for a $19.99 charge being charged to me that I knew nothing about. My fault for sure for not looking at the pages folded over and handed to me on our way out, but I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED that I was not ASKED DIRECTLY about this $19.99 charge.again when it wouldn't have been too difficult to do at home! And I've been a Verizon customer since 1995.think it used to be Airtouch.geesh I just aged myself completely. I expect A LOT more out of a company that I've been with for 25 years!

Not many phones to choose from. Not much help to decide or even help you out. Will not go to this store again. Cerritos is much better. Better service, better help and knowledgeable people to help you out.

Worker who helped us didn’t seem to care very much about our questions and was overall pretty rude (the screen protector we wanted was out of stock). It‘s obvious they don’t like or care about their jobs here.other Verizon stores have much better service.

Helpful with purchase of new phones. No discount offered for buying 2 expensive smart phones. Sales rep pushed too many extras.case, screens, etc.truthfully, I'd rather buy a car than a new phone!

Painful! I cannot believe the amount of time wasted on each visit. Additionally you need to be extremely vigilant in reviewing your accounts as they routinely add extra charges. This is a great opportunity for another vendor to take business! Stay away if you possibly can!

Cesar was Wonderful!
Its a Friday night, 10 min.till (9: 00pm) Verizon Closing. I was totally freaking out.thought my phone was done! Cesar happily took my phone, said no problem.totally calmed me down and 'YES' he had my phone all fixed by closing! A Huge to his Patience, Professionalism, Knowledge and Kindness!

I originally got my new phone from costco (which I regret btw) and didn't get my contacts transferred and the young gentleman Adilson at this Verizon store was very helpful! He even offered me a free tablet!

DO NOT.whatever you do DO NOT let Cesar, Sales Associate help you. I walked in THREE times to change my address and THREE times he messed it up, got locked out of the system so I was unable to change my address and HAD to call customer service and stay on the phone for another 40 min in order JUST to change my address. So due to the Sales Associate failure to complete this simple task i was charged late fees. NO SOOO GOOD.
