I walked into this store with high expectations of quality service and quality phones! Eddie Somoza the assistant manager helped my family and i. With killer amazing deals, Eddie not only helped me switch carriers from sprint to Verizon, he made sure we left the store satisfied and well informed on our phones and deals. I couldn’t be more happy with the decision to change over to Verizon for my family and my self. I highly recommended Verizon and if you are in the San Bernardino/highland area this store in specific!

Hi, Verizon; Javier & Jose! You guys are the Best for helping me with my issues with an Amazon phone that was defective! You've saved me from more hours & stress; wasting on trying to set up a new phone! Because you Both have spent the time & given me Personal Assistant; I decided to buy a New Phone from your site! You've saved me so much! Also, you helped me with all the device settings & made sure I was able to understand! You both are simply the BOMB! Keep up the Great work! Love you guys! Your office is too good to be trashed from a riot!

The employees are great but I can't understand why I can't pay with a check. Paid with a check December 2019 but not February 2020.

Ray and Victor were extremely helpful. Gave me the best deal and I walked out with everything I needed at a wonderful price. Ray was very patient and answered all questions. It was close to closing and he managed to make sure I left happy with my purchase. I appreciate the kind customer service at this location, I’ll definitely have to stop in for future services and purchases for my family needs. Thank you!

Great service, we had an emergency had noting to do with Glen. He ran to Starbucks got water for us. He was pleasant from beginning to end. I will definitely be back.

Came in to finish set up for new phone and ROGER was speedy, informative of new promotions, took care of a few things I needed tweeted on my account and took care of my need for a screen protector and case. By far, one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. Thank you roger!

I went into the store at 4120 East Highland California to upgrade my phone that was no problem, When I was getting ready to leave Anthony said to me there's a promotion on tabs, it's a veterans promotion or something like that and I can get it for free well I said okay, but what he neglected to tell me was I would be charged $20 a month for internet for each tab I have unlimited on my phone so anybody in their right mind wouldn't do that 12.95 a month for some other b.s don't know what it is $40 activation fee per tab and charged $300 per tab and my phone bill increased $60 a month- and for both tabs I'm locked into a two-year contract per tab which I was not informed then asked me if I wanted a second tab for my wife that he could lower the insurance on my phones and give me the other one for a dollar a month I said go ahead let's go for it big mistake I now have a $704 bill with the promise of $134 coming off of the bill but I needed to wait two billing cycles for that to happen this is now the third month. I call the corporate office four times in three months only to get responses as and this came from each person I talk to you I need to do some investigation let me get back to you in 24 to 48 hours that was three months ago, no call back and nothing is falling off my bill and I was mislead and lied to. In result of this I now have to break my bill up into three payments to pay it off so my phone won't get shut off suggest a word to the wise be careful with when dealing with this company victra this store is not a official Verizon corporate store they mislead people and do not follow through with what they promised so just be careful, today I made a fifth attempt to call corporate to talk to a person named wil which I talk to you on Monday and it's now Wednesday was told that he is not available that he will call me back so let's see what happens -as you can see on the comment below corporates asking me to call them why only to be told we will call you back they want to speak to me to give them Greater detail really I think I've talked to six people I don't know how much greater detail I can give you. Really

Got there and I was the first customer and there was no wait, my Moto has been acting up and she told me of a great deal, and signed me up. This is the reason I have stayed a Verizon Wireless since the name Verizon was invented.

Overall my experience getting a replacement phone for my stolen phonewas pretty good. Staff was curtious and helpful. Gave me all my optionsto try to save me money.

A few years ago I had a problem with the promises of your employee at the Highland office. It was a new store and I got 2 phones. I was promised a lower bill because he said I'd be able to because of multiple lines, he lied and my bill was more. Ok call me stupid

I went to your store in highland, CA yesterday and Anthony (Tony) helped me. I got an iPhone and switched a line and he said I got a FREE IPAD. And he said I quote " you can bring it back within 14 days if you are not happy" NOT ONCE DID HE SAY I WOULD BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE OR CHARGED $100.   EACH SIGNATURE ON THE SIGNATURE PAD DOES NOT SHOW THE DISCLOSURE. YOU DO NOT GET A WRITTEN COPY UNTIL AFTER IT IS PAID FOR.  

I WANTED TO BRING THE IPAD BACK AND HE ANTHONY SAID ID HAVE TO PAY YOU $100 PLUS A RESTOCKING FEE. I ASKED WHY HE DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT WHEN HE SAID

"YOU CAN BRING BACK THE IPAD WITHIN 14 DAYS. "

WHY HE CONVENIENTLY DID NOT COMPLETE THE SENTENCE WITH THAT DISCLOSURE.  

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT OFFICE AND YOU PERSONNEL DECIEVE ME AND MAYBE OTHERS.

I WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I am a Senior Citizen and my husband is military, how dare you take advantage of people. FULL DISCLOSURE AFTER THE FACT REALLY.   YOUR SIGNATURE PADS NOT SHOWING FULL DISCLOSURE IS ILLEGAL. I was going by the words of your employee.  

I want my money back for the taxes I paid for the iPad I do not want to pay a restocking fee which was also never disclosed. I will file for emotional stress, my money back, deceiving practices, taking advantage of a Senior Citizen and Military Vet. I will show evidence of how you nelegect to disclose all the information on your return policy and how the customer is not aware of such policy until after you print the receipt.  

First time I got screwed by your employees shame on you second time I give you the benefit of the doubt it shows how deceitful your employees are.  

I wonder how many other people your employees have done this to. Well a class action suit no matter how long it takes will change your practices.  

Your employees are not customer service friendly and omitt very important information.

I just waited 30 minutes without being helped. The worker did acknowledge me when I walked in and he was helping someone else, but come on, how do you only have one person working?

Sales rep Andrew was very knowledgeable and made the process extremely easy. He gave me different options and helped me make the right decision. When we had a problem with my Verizon account the manager Javier jumped in and fixed it quickly. I'll be coming here from now on for all my phone upgrades

I thought when I went into this store they were helpful since I had my 3 kids and they were being patient with me. I was wrong. They took full of advantage of my distraction and added a bunch of things to my account without explaining any of it. When I went back to return it after I realized all the stuff they did. It took an hour to resolve. And after contacting the Verizon, it still doesn't show I returned the equipment. They are sneaky and be very careful with this store. I will NEVER go back. Luckily I have a receipt and Verizon is helping me sort out this mess. But what a hassle!
