Can't even buy a new phone out right. They require you to finance the device which makes no sense since you are trying to pay for the device in full

First I called. The amazing associate said I could come in for assistance! They were waiting for me.a young man UGH! I wish I had his name but it was today 3/30/20. I needed help with syncing my iPad to FaceTime and not attaching it to a phone number. I have been struggling for days! (Tech challenged) we have a special needs son and cannot not bring him home for visits for the “obvious” reasons. I walked in feeling defeated and so heartbroken we have not had contact other than a phone call. (Selfish, I know!) I left Verizon with a heart filled with JOY! Thank you to Verizon and the associate who helped us connect face-to-face with our son! STAY HEALTHY AND THANK YOU from the bottom of our Hearst! People do care!

Excellent customer service! I left Sprint because they had no customer service. Verizon has out standing customer service!

Excellent customer service! Very helpful! She was accurate and quick setting my new iPhone.
Explained in detail how to use the phone! Would return to this store if I lived here!

In & Out in less than an hour- Service was excellent, and the sales person took extra initiative in helping me switch over from my previous service provider!

The item I needed wasn't in stock, so he checked with another store, no luck. Then he found out that the warehouse was also out of stock. He helped me find another source and helped me with 2 other items. Very pleasant and helpful

Walker in and first off it smelled like body odor pretty bad. Sat down and waited for 10 minutes and never was acknowledged that I was there. They didn't even look at me. The two men that were there had customers, which is fine, but they wouldn't even look at me or say anything. I checked to see if I had an invisible cloak on blocking them from seeing me but the other customers could see me. Walked out and went to another Verizon store next to Rabbo bank. Was greeted, acknowledged and assisted even though they too had customers. Huge difference between the two authorized dealers.
