Our family has been to this store twice in the last couple of years and both times the family members were lied to and extorted. I'm in the cell business and both times I researched their practices and found that they purposefully misrepresent Verison deals and add on extra charges, and it has taken me hours to get things fixed, and not always with the extorted fees back. For example last time they ordered my wife a phone without her consent because once the process has commenced it's hard to undo and they get their commission. When dealing with Verizon on the matter I was strongly advised to open a fraud inquiry because the rep knew of the scam. Why risk it. Only deal with Verizon directly, or Costco which has always been honest and seems to offer the best deals.

I had an outstanding experience with Elmer at the store in PB. He was super knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in and he delivered exceptional customer service. He also fixed a long existing issue with my apple account that nobody has been able to figure out for me for years. Thanks Elmer. I’ll recommend your store to my friends.

Computer was slow but the man at the register was apologetic and took care of my transaction as quickly as possible. He also held the door open for me and my daughter which I appreciated as not too many people have common courtesy

Nile at the Pacific Beach location was awesome. He was very helpful when we came in to get my husband a new phone. He was personable and knowledgeable. He patiently explained everyrhing to my husbamd as this was his first smart phone purchase. Nile was the perfect salesman for us.

Do your due diligence before purchasing here. The rep lied about a lot just to get a sale. Thankfully we are in the position it didn't matter much, but it would've been nice to know the truth or I would've bought a different phone.

This is not on the list of Verizon locations that can help with tech support. I e if Verizon tech support suggest to replace your sim card, this location will charge $10, while other locations will do it for free

Paying 3 dollars to pay with cash is criminal but the lack of customer service at this location is bad even for verizon. Zero customer service

Staff was friendly but like most up sells products and lacks focus on overall customer experience. Even tried to double back on my choices when I had issues the following day. Never been a huge fan of Verizon to begin with either

They try to sell you on math that doesn't make any sense. Unless you have a family plan of like 10 people and or are a person who buys the newest phone every year the new Edge plan is a waste of money. Dont' get sucked in.

I thought the switch from sprint to Verizon would be hard. But I was helped by Rashaad. He was very helpful, understanding, and very professional. If this is your local Verizon store go a ask for him he will take great care of you. Thanks again Rashaad.

These people are lairs They signed me up for protectcell even though I said no. They also are charging me for the phone 35/month for 2 years even though they said all I had to do was to renew my contract. DO NOT GO TO THIS store.

The jabroni at the store was not very helpful - if he had just taken the time to listen to the whole issue it would have saved me two trips to the store.

Great customer service!
I dropped my work phone Thursday night and ran to Verizon. Yousuf and Elmir were closing the store and they both stayed over an hour late to help me.

Yousuf was so kind, patient and helpful while speaking to my difficult father over the phone and explaining everything. I genuinely appreciated both of their help and the fact they cared. They went the extra mile. I will 100% be recommending this location to my friends.

Absolute joke the representative lied and took advantage of the fact my phone broke while on vacation avoid at all costs. If I could give a zero I would.
