Jose and jesse help me and my kids they are the best i had trouble with my card to get the ear pods jose i was not able to get 2 pair but when i left tje store i had to pair hjose took tje time and made it happen my kids was so happen and jesse had theam save for me they are the best i think they need a raise as nd had great customer service

Jose at the Concord store was very awesome, patient, and very knowledgeable and friendly. Hooking up three phones is a long tedious process but he made it as comfortable and pleasant as possible. His coworker Salym was also great!
Please don't go here. The customer service is as worst as it gets.
Daniel is clueless. He made multiple mistakes. It took him 3 hours to switch me services.
Amazing service. Zach and Daniel were so helpful in answering all my questions and solving the problem I had. I'm so greatful they were working when I came in.
I wish I could give negative star for the store manager she was sooo much bossy and unfriendly and they are not giving you all needed information they just wanna do their business
Avoid this place at all costs if I could give negative stars I would the amount of lies I was told was ridiculous, he ported my number without it being able to actually unlocking my phone which you're not supposed to do finding out talking to sprint which left me now without a phone for almost 5 days. Im beyond pissed.
If i can give this 0 stars I would. The customer service was terrible. They gave us misinterpretation in the billings. They did not explain everything thoroughly. Once they get their commission, they do not want to help us. Avoid this store and go to their main one.
Unfortunately my experience was terrible. Stopped in to upgrade my gb's. Was sold a hum questioning the purchase. I went to return it. I was told no i was too late despite the fact i returned with in 14 days. The woman Amira proceeded to tell me it was part of my upgrade. If i wanted more gb's i had to keep it. I was originally told the hum would also only be a $5 charge on bill. My tablet was removed the hum was actually a $15. Charge. She then proceeded to inform me if i didnt want it i could wait exactly 30 days and cancel the hum which would cost me another $155 but she stated $105 and i could sale the hum privately to get the purchase price of it back $98. At this point im truely upset. Go into a different verizon to explain my dilema. They inform me the store i went to was not an actual verizon they are owned by A1 wireless. Has me call verizon. Now i get a little bit of somewhere. But i have to return to the A1 location. I meet eith Amira once more whom i find out is the manager. Who has lied to me from day 1 and is now insulting me calling me petty. Yes i was mad spoke with attitude but never insulted her, used foul language, etc. All this so she gets commission in verizons words. In the end im stuck paying $98 for the hum and still have to return it to verizon, just to avoid all other charges. PLEASE beware of your dealing in this store. It is best to verify you are in an actual official Verizon location.
Purchased a new note 5 as a gift to my fiance while telling them I wouldn't activate it until Christmas for a surprise and the very next day they call her and ask her how she is enjoying her new device so no surprises here and when I called they said we have been getting a lot of calls for that sorry that's all we can day as if they didn't figure out to make notes after the first complaints try a different store would be my suggestion
I go there to fix my phone not turning on, they sell me a tablet with a lie. I return it to the store right away because what the employee said was not true. The employee just says sorry and then charges me 70 dollars for restocking fee in addition to other fees I already have paid. I call the manager and he lies to me too saying the employee does not work there anymore. When I call the store the same employee picks up the phone. They rub you based on their lies. Not only I had to call the store multiple times, but also I had to call Verizon too, so they took a lot time from me.
Excellent Service! I've been on the hunt for a case for my tablet and finally had time to stop into this store location. I was immediately greeted and asked if I could be helped, I told the representative what I was in search of, he immediately showed me what they had. They had one tablet case left, it was black and it was $39.99.
I personally, think $40 for a tablet case is a bit steep, so I politely declined. Being a good salesperson, he informed me, my account had a discount available for my transaction. The discount was a mere $7, but he was nice enough to offer me a discount of $10 off, of which I declined again. He was persistent, I give him accolades for his persistence. I ended up purchasing a tablet case for the low price of $25 including tax! Nice Score for me!
The representative who assisted me was Robert W.and he was really nice and personable, he went above and beyond his service role. He wound up discounting the price of the tablet case by 50%, and being that the only case left in the store was black, he let me special order a case of another color that Verizon had available online and in stock. He placed the order for me and had it shipped to my address free of charge! Now that's some great service!
The Customer service from this Verizon store was encouraging, all the staff members were friendly. It was fun to joke around a little with them while trying to pick the custom case color. Should I need any other items for my Verizon tablet, glad to have this Verizon Retailer in close proximity, with happy, friendly staff members.
